I had an incredible experience at Earls in Tysons Corner, and Nicole made it unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She gave excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything came out perfectly.
What really stood out was Nicole’s professionalism and positive energy. Even during a busy time in the restaurant, she made us feel like we were her top priority. It’s rare to find service that is both efficient and genuinely personable, but Nicole nailed it.

The restaurant ambiance was amazing—10/10. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a nice vibe. It’s definitely the kind of place where you just want to sit, talk, and enjoy your dinner. The staff was friendly, and our waiter was excellent. They even decorated a birthday cake for us, and it was so beautiful—they really went above and beyond with that.
The food was good, and we had a great variety, but there were a few minor technique issues. The fries had great flavor but weren’t as crispy as they could’ve been. The ribs—especially the Korean sticky ribs—were delicious. The Szechuan dumplings had good flavor, but they were missing that signature numbing spice you’d expect.
The standout of the night was definitely the sushi—especially the crispy rice with spicy tuna. It was incredible and easily the best thing I had all night. Highly recommend. The calamari was also very good. I didn’t love the ponzu sauce on the steak, though.
For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding is usually my favorite, but this one tasted more like a lava cake than a true sticky toffee pudding.
Overall, I really enjoyed the restaurant. Great atmosphere, good food, and a wonderful experience. I’d definitely go again—just a bit more selective with what I order next time.

This was my first time here, and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend, 10/10! Our waitress, Nicole made this experience worth the visit. She was beyond kind, had great energy and had recommendations for everyone! My friends and I were all pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. Earls is an affordable restaurant, with various food options, and a friendly staff crew. Please pay Earls a visit whenever you get a chance!!

We always have an excellent experience here. Food is really delicious every time. Been coming for years. Everything from sushi to steak or seafood or good vegetarian options. This time we got the seafood platter and wow was it awesome.
One thing that always stands out is the quality of the service. Makes such a difference for a special evening out. Thank you for the free dessert (sample size of the chocolate Bundt cake + ice cream), on my birthday as well!

My friends and I had such a great time here! It was our first time ever coming and Victoria was our server and she made sure we had the absolute best experience here for our first time. The food at Earl’s Kitchen @Tyson’s Corner is always delicious. There’s a variety of menu options at different price points. For a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner outing, we enjoyed the pre-fixed Valentine’s Day 3 – course menu which had a number of choices to choose from. Steph and Mike provided excellent service.They were personable and insured that we timely received each course. We can’t wait to return for our next culinary experience at Earl’s Kitchen.

My 6-year-old is a very picky eater, and even though it wasn’t on the menu, Chef Josh kindly made him an excellent grilled cheese. On top of that, Mike made sure my 82-year-old was served soft food with bread so they could eat comfortably.
