Superb paella and brilliant service! Valena was so friendly and sweet with our little one, making our meal even more special. The food and vibe were spot on. Being by the terrace window was a real bonus, opening it let in a lovely breeze that kept us cool. A wonderful dining experience all around.

My friends and I went here for our Christmas dinner. We made a reservation and we were able to sit in our table after few minutes. The dishes we tried were excellent ( mixed paella and frito calamari). We were assisted by a lovely lady (Aouatif). She gave us good recommendations. The desserts we tried were super good as well (tiramisu and cheesecake). We definitely go back again.

We went here three times, once for the breakfast – we had pancakes and greek yogurt bowl.
Both were quite tasty.
Second time we stopped for drinks at an empty table outside. No wait was necessary and cheese spread, wine and Spanish bread were all really good.
We finally decided to have a dinner here, had a seafood paella which was amazing. We made the reservation through google maps earlier as it was packed and cannot sit inside without it.
Food is really good! But the service is unnecessarily slow. We waited quite some time each time to get seated when there were visibly empty tables.
But you should visit this place for good food.

We had a great dinner experience at Gusto. It is situated right by the Cathedral, which gives great view and atmosphere. We ordered the Arroz Negro, Ensaladilla Andaluza and Chipirones a la Plancha. They were all very tasty. Our server, Manu, gave us the best experience. He went over and beyond, and was very gracious and attentive to our needs! Definitely recommended when you visit Seville!

Alejandro was so joyful and nice! The paella was delicious. We ordered the valencia one without the rabbit and they added more chicken instead. We also ordered one with seafood. The proteins were generous, the seasoning was flavorful, and the rice was fully cooked.

Had a reservation (Saturday night). They were turning people away without reservations, even though it wasn’t busy (at 6:00).
We shared the vegan paella. Yes, it was kind of pricy (€42), but it was presented with much fanfare, and cooked to perfection! I make plenty of paella at home, and it is really difficult to get the socarrat just the right amount of crispy (not watery or burnt). They did a great job, unlike the one we had in Toledo a few days ago (soggy).
I saw some reviews about service, and poor service can easily ruin a meal. We had no problems today. Everyone was really nice!
Also, they had vegan empanadas and brownies in their trophy case at the counter.
