Enjoy Cava, dislike this location. Every time we order food, there is some issue. This time we were handed our bowls without a bag. When I requested a bag, I was informed that we needed to request a bag on the app (which I have never seen or done). I DID request utensils and free side pita for both of my meals and got neither of those, so it seems requesting things in the app is a moot point, anyways. Both of my bowls were also half empty and definitely not filled appropriately. In the past we’ve received incorrectly built orders, incorrectly bagged orders, and missing orders. We don’t have as much issue coming in to order, so it seems the staff just gives half a job on to-go orders. I was excited for this location to open near me, but the staff seems to not have the same care that other locations do. I’d appreciate the management or owner reaching out to me.

I had a great experience at the CAVA in Saginaw, TX. The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole ordering process smooth. Everything looked fresh and the place was very clean. My bowl was packed with flavor — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, the toppings were fresh, and the portions were solid for the price. You can tell they care about quality and customer service here.
If you’re in the Saginaw area and want something quick but still healthy and filling, this spot is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Husband and I went here for lunch on a Friday. I got a build-your-own lamb shawarma and he got the chicken and rice bowl, then we shared some cinnamon and sugar pita chips and 2 drinks.
The lamb was tender and flavorful. The pita was soft and legitimately the best I’ve ever had. The toppings were all fresh and crunchy. The shawarma wrap was big enough to feed me for two meals.
Husband said his chicken boel was “very tasty” and tasted good for lunch the next day as well.
The cinnamon sugar pita chips were also very good, and came out warm with honey.
The house made lemonade and blueberry-lavender drinks were delicious.
CAVA is a bit spendy ($36 for two meals- that fed us twice each and a dessert), but worth the price for good food that doesn’t leave you feeling lousy afterwards like most fast food.

I order through Uber Eats. My first time eating at Cava. They gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a blueberry lavender drink and they gave me sweet tea. I ordered a Pita Wrap but in the end the flavors competed with each other and wrap was almost inedible – I noticed that parts of the meat were pink inside which is concerning and I hope I don’t get sick from this.
It was very expensive wrap and I ate as much as I could stomach but this is my first and last time watching their food. Also, my order did not have not even 1 napkin. I’ve heard good things about this restaurant but now that I tried it. It’s a no for me.

We drive by this place all the time and finally had the chance to stop in. Food was delicious and fresh, the staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and answered any questions we had, and the food was enough for two meals! Looking forward to trying more of their options.

Went though the drive-thru to pick up food. It was extremely cold! The staff was not friendly at all, they forgot one of my orders and the kids juice. Even after claiming it was in the bag! Will never be going back!
