This is the worst subway ever!! I ordered online and picked up. I ordered double meat and when I picked up my footlong, it weighed half an ounce. I asked about double meat and the manager laughed and said I didn’t have any toppings so that makes it light!!! Are you kidding me? Sure enough when I opened my sub, there was a very thin layer of meat. I definitely won’t be returning to this place. I will be going to other sub shops.

Terrible I went here after work. The ladies working the window were very rude and sarcastic. After working a full day I got my 3 sandwiches and went home to bring dinner to my family. They opened there subway sandwich’s it was over flowing with jalapeños and mayonnaise. Enough on the sandwich it could have been used on 3 sandwiches. The bread was soggy and it’s so shiny in the picture from the amount of vinaigrette. I truly believe if my grandma had ate her sandwich we may have had to go to the hospital.

Ordered veg sandwich but was disappointed. The bread was uncooked on the back side, making it unpleasant to eat. Expected better quality control. Hope they improve their sandwich preparation.

So I don’t know what went wrong this use to be my favorite subway in town since the other two always mess up or just have bad employees. But when I pulled into drive thru it started off on putting me on hold and the lady walking out the back door where I was at and walking to the trash cans to smoke but another person took my order and I ordered it and was told a completely different price I’ve been told before since I’ve been to this subway before so I go ahead and finish ordering and get to the window with some angry employee with the lady that was taking my order breaking down the math like I didn’t know the price already and leads to tell me that its always been that price and I’m certain it wasn’t always that price but he starts getting aggressive with me about it and yelling so I say screw it and drive off since I’m almost sure he wasnt going to change his gloves after touching my card. I don’t understand where some peoples entitlement comes from but in this world believe it or not no one is better than the next and being equal with peers isn’t so hard. Maybe he was having a bad day I give him that but he was completely disrespectful and at no point should a supervisor should never rase his voice to a customer when I was asking a simple question if the prices went up and he stated no they have always been the same price.
It’s frustrating when a simple order isn’t executed correctly. Subway’s charm lies in its customizable sandwiches, and toasting veggies without permission can definitely ruin the experience. Consistency is key, and it seems this location missed the mark. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail to ensure every sub is made just the way customers want it.

Had a delicious tuna sandwich. I ordered it online. They had it ready to go by the time I asked. Was in and out in literally the time it took to fill my drink. It was made the way I asked and it was pretty good. I was hungry for my lunch break and that sandwich didn’t stand a chance. Friendly staff! Very clean restaurant from what I could tell. I’ll be back. Plus it’s right by my work!

Ordered online and tracked the order. Arrived within 30 seconds of it showing it was ready, grabbed it, and drove the 1 minute to the hotel. Opened the sandwich and you could tell it had been sitting for a long time. It was toasted, yet with the first bite the bread was mushy, chewy, and cold. Both my son and I felt nauseous after eating it too. I’ll never be back.
