Honestly, I walked in with flip flops, shorts, and overall just looking like a bum on the first show. They treated me like another person, the food was great. I got a Western burger. Although I’m not usually a fan of pickles because places have them sliver thin; theirs were what I thought actually pretty good. The burger itself was good, and between that and the fries, it was a great meal. I went about 3 o’clock in the afternoon, and if I was out this way again, I would stop in again. The burger was fairly priced. I went a little extravagant on my drink with a 22oz cider. All said and done I paid less than $30 dollars which I thought was pretty good.

Terrible bar. And I say that because they are rude to black people. They will refuse to serve you. It’s crazy I was just telling One of their bartenders how nice one of the other guy bartenders was so nice. But I guess when I invited a colleague to the bar they refused to serve us. And at 12:15 a.m I have transactions at this time showing I been here and served before. I definitely wouldn’t tell a soul or recommend nobody to go there. Horrible customer service experience!!! Unless you’re white! Sad!

McGilvery’s has AMAZING food. Great atmosphere and the rest of this place was VERY clean and well kept. Our waitress was Casey and she was friendly, professional, courteous and prompt. Would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Definitely a friendly place that gives off a whole lot of welcome vibes. Everyone there was friendly and the bartender “D.B.” (if I remember right) was absolutely amazing. He was a one man wrecking crew. He was taking orders at tables, bartending, and bussing afterwards. Guy never missed a beat and never let us have an empty glass even though there were a decent amount of people in there. Food was excellent. Fried pickles, Breaded Mushrooms to die for, and wings in mild sauce all were excellent and did not disappoint. If we lived closer, I would absolutely be a frequent flyer at this establishment. Btw – give D.B. a raise!!

Bad service and awful food. The server payed very little attention on us and much more on her munchies. I had to almost beg to place a carry out order. My fish was dry and hard and the side cold. Very disappointing experience.
