i placed a fairly sizable order for a group of friends. upon arrival, one of the cashiers began bickering with a coworker about how they had arranged the drinks – which were practically on the verge of spilling out of the container. they did this for the entirety of the time i was inside the restaurant. once i arrived home, they had completely forgotten the quesadilla i had ordered – unfortunately for me, this was the one item i had placed for myself. i don’t like to complain about customer service, especially when it comes to fast food, but i wouldn’t trust anyone behind that counter with doing their job properly. look elsewhere.

I spent over $80, AGAIN. For trash food. May as well be cardboard. There is zero meat. Zero lettuce, tomato, cheese. Zero sour cream on a “supreme” . You’re wasting all of your $$$$$. I don’t know about you but I work hard for my money and this will NEVER happen again. Disgusting disappointment.

Just left this location & honestly NEVER again !! If its one thing i hate is someone constantly asking anything else, without giving me the time to fully speak. Additionally pulling up to the window for them to be giggling and taking their time but rushed me for my order. No type of customer service what so ever ! No napkins in the bag , no asking if you would like any sauce. Just hands you your order and quickly closes the window so you may leave. As if your a burden and they hate their jobs. If you want good service then go to montello st vs belmont st. Best part of it all i ordered a number 6 but was given a number 4.
P.s the worse part of it all is CORPORATE dont care for these reviews or correcting the employees to sufficiently get their “ 3 minute “ timing but also satisfying the customers. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT!!!

Review for Taco Bell Drive-Thru at 675 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301
I went through the drive-thru around 2:30 p.m. and unfortunately had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The employee at the speaker and window (she said her name was “Lo”) rushed me through my order and made the process confusing.
I wanted to order a value box but simply substitute the beef item for chicken since I don’t eat beef. Her immediate response was “no,” delivered so quickly that I felt pressured and unable to clarify. I settled on just ordering a chalupa by itself, even though it cost me more, because I felt rushed and dismissed.
While I was placing my order, she added a bottled water even though I clearly asked for a cup of water—twice. I had to correct her and ask her to modify the order on the screen. Only after she typed it in correctly and I confirmed it did the order finally match what I said. This showed she wasn’t listening, only rushing.
When I reached the window, I mentioned that the interaction felt unnecessary and unpleasant. Her explanation was that she had to get every order through in under three minutes. In her own words, being fast was more important than being nice to customers.
To make things worse, when I opened my food, the chalupa was thrown together carelessly. The shell was falling apart, and the cheese, lettuce, meat, and tomatoes slid right out into the wrapper. There was no attention to detail in how it was prepared, which matched the rushed service at the window.
That summed up the entire experience—speed over accuracy, speed over service, and speed over quality. For that reason, I do not recommend this Taco Bell location.

Y’all are a joke, for real. This is the food I received on 11/11/2023. Really? A COCKROACH? Are y’all seriously too lazy to keep your establishment CLEAN? I ordered my food through Doordash as I was working a long shift at work. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day and was looking forward to my meal, seeing as it was 8pm and I hadn’t had a single thing to eat. I get through half of my taco, and I get greeted by THIS. Disgusting. I go to dump out my drink and there was BUGS in the drink as well!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT FEED YOUR CHILDREN AT THIS DIRTY, DISGUSTING PLACE. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! YOU SERVE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE DAILY AND THIS IS THE FOOD YOU GIVE THEM?!?!? SHUT DOWN IF THAT’S HOW YOU’RE GOING TO RUN THINGS!!!
