1st incident: They marked my order as “ready for pickup” when it wasn’t. I had to wait outside in the heat with my child for quite a while at this outdoor corner cafe with no seating before actually getting my food.
2nd incident: Saw the same lady from last time, she was rude. This time it was a delivery order. The delivery robot had been parked at the corner for over an hour waiting for the restaurant to give it my food, but they never did. Neither Uber nor I could get anyone to answer the phone, so I went in person and found the robot still sitting right in front of the restaurant.
When I tried to explain the situation, the employee immediately interrupted me defensively said in Spanish, “You never came to pick it up.” I told her it was supposed to be a delivery, not a pickup, and that the robot was literally right there in front of her. I even pointed to it. She looked over and said, it didn’t wait at the usual spot, even though it was parked in front of the restaurant in eye view. Only after that did she grab my order and hand it to me — no apology, no offer to reheat it even though it had been sitting out for over an hour.
I accepted it, I just wanted our food.
Unfortunately when I got home, the order was wrong. It had onions and ham even though I’m vegetarian, and I ordered 3 pastelitos for me and my child and they were missing. I ended up having to throw it away since we can’t eat it because of the ham.
This was a complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind. I gave this restaurant two chances, and both times they failed on service, communication, and accuracy. Very disappointing.

This place has an incredible selection of fresh hot food, sandwiches to order, colada, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. We ordered 3 Pan con Bistec that were so delicious. We also got a plate of fried rice, also spectacular! I’d recommend anything from here because it all looks so delicious! Their colada is very yummy!

My friend ordered on Uber Eats, they didn’t put the food in the robot. Uber wouldn’t help (refused to give a refund) and when she went to pick it up not only were they rude – insisting that she should have come and picked it up even though the robot was literally waitkng outside – but they also gave her the wrong food that had meat (when in fact she’s vegetarian) and so she couldn’t eat her meal and also money down the drain. And the food she got wasn’t even what she ordered for her and her soon – it was the food equivalent of vomit. This isn’t how you’re supposed to treat your customers. You’re happy to take their money but you don’t serve them well.

I love when I find these treasures that Miami offers . This little place offers 24 hour service plus hot good cuban coffee for $2.25!! Can’t beat that! And of course , the staff was so friendly and welcoming !

A sketchy area for tourists but the food is delicious!! I recommend visiting during the day if you’re from out of town and want to try some authentic cuban sandwiches. This place has been here for a long time, and they have kept their prices low and their food fresh. You can’t beat the mamey smoothie and a papa rellena (potato ball stuffed with sausage and fried) while you wait for your sandwich to come out.

It was a 24 hour spot and the women in there was working hard. It’s an outside corner joint no sitting. The food was average, I just gave 5 stars for the convenience, location, all woman working together and diligently.

I made mistakes in my life but ordering breakfast from them Uber 2/23/2023. i never thought a person can mess up simnple order of fried eggs and ham with toast. but these people took the whole cake and i still got charged by Uber for getting this nasty breakfast. what a waste of $17.00
