I’ll admit that this location doesn’t have any soft surface chairs yet, but the team there is positively wonderful ! Asking for Dark Roast, they had Verona, which I mentioned was not my favorite. They switched bean cartridges on the machine for me, and also rinsed my coffee mug with hot water as it was freezing cold. Super nice staff at this location !

I’ve been to this Starbucks location a few times and every time they were quick and friendly. The last time we were there the service was quite exceptional. It was a month and a half ago and unfortunately I forgot the barista’s name but she was so nice to us! My wife and I had our 18 month old son with us and we initially forgot to get him some milk. It was a busy morning and I came back into line and she was ever friendly and actually gave us the milk. Then when we were finishing up she came over and gave us some extra napkins and told us how cute he was and that she had a toddler as well and not to worry about his mess. She went above and beyond with customer service and helped start our day on the right foot.

Went to Starbucks and placed my order early so I could pick up and go. My coffee was not made correctly as they put about 1 inch of caramel sauce at the bottom. When I contacted Starbucks they said I needed to go back to store and tell them to correct my drink or get them to refund me. I am a working mom and the time it takes to go back to the store is not worth the $7 coffee. This poor customer service experience along with other issues I have had with Starbucks lately have helped me on making my decision to never return to this location or any other.

I stop at this Starbucks occasionally on the way to work. They do a great job with mobile orders. Always friendly staff and they do a great job with my special drinks.

Was hoping for more. Baristas had attitude and the Nitro was not working properly. I brought it up with them but they essentially told me that’s how Nitro is supposed to be. Umm. No.

Really love this place! This place has become the new spot for me and my daughter to have our “Mommy-Daughter” days. We can get our drinks, have some food, and do homework if needed. Staff are wonderful, music is great, the drinks are always made well, and if there is a mistake, they are quick to correct it. The ONLY PROBLEM is the parking. The parking lot is very small and kind of cramped. Other than that, this spot is wonderful!

I went through the drive thru Saturday night with my husband. We both ordered grande lattes with whip. When we got to our shopping destination 5 minutes later (Menards down the road) and went to drink our coffees, we discovered the cups were only 2/3 full. What a rip-off! The staff seemed friendly, but we are not likely to return. I guess check your cup before you drive off. 🙁
