Sketchy, sneaky employees here. They were out of the drink I placed on a mobile order. Instead of being upfront, they tried to pass along a different drink which tasted nothing like my original order. When I confronted them, they told me they were out of the drink I ordered and tried to make it using different flavors (which happened to be cinnamon, and I cannot have this). Unsafe and inconsiderate. These employees should be fired.
I complained to Starbucks corporate and got more than fair compensation properly. Just wanted to warn others about the sneaky employees here.

I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade. I was waiting for a long time, for a place that was not busy at that time. I saw workers standing around. Anyway, I received my order and my drink is not filled completely. I am upset at this inconvenience, and I was looking forward to this drink the entire day. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of attention to my drink.

If I could give this Starbucks more than 5 stars, I totally would! Always a blast coming to this place especially the team. Not only they make your drinks to perfection, they ensure that they put a smile on your face — every single time. Service never disappoints! Highly recommend, 10/10 customer service. Rude customer service the employees will either ignore you, roll their eyes, or act annoyed just because you walk in to pick up the mobile order you placed and waited patiently for it to be ready. Quality of drinks have also been lacking as it is never filled fully
