Used my $3 coffee reward on the app and got a lavender oat milk Matcha venti for $3, the app has great deals every now and then!

Visited June 7, 2025 got the salted Carmel cold foam extra, light ice matcha latte with oat milk and 4 pumps of brown sugar

7/5/25 Used my stars and gift card and got a Light Ice Venti Matcha Latte with oat milk, brown sugar syrup and matcha cream cold foam! Yum!

9/7/25 used my $3 coupon in the app and got the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk latte!

Sarah, the manager at this location did an amazing job of making sure that I was accommodated and my order was proper. She walked by as I was sitting outside and saw that I had a drink, she asked how was it and when she looked at my label she saw that it wasn’t what I explained. She immediately went back inside. Created another drink for me on the house and checked back with me again to ask me how it was! Make sure to stop in and give Sarah an amazing review just like I did!

Ordered a tall coffee, simply asked a barista for some powdered cinnamon. She gave me a look and attitude like she actually had to do her job and offer customer service. Insisted on pouring it herself. When nothing came out, and I mentioned as such, gave me a dismissive look. Bad day? Ok, get it. Don’t spread it… also, how about turning down the music!? It’s a coffee shop, not a club.

I like strong coffee NOT Bitter. I paid for Christmas Blend, it was ridiculously BITTER. Retuned & requested for their Sumatra, but non available. I settled for “Pike”, it was okay.
I also ordered a Cherry Cheese Pastry heated.
It was SOGGY… they Nuked it, rather than toasting it :/

Always consistent service! The drinks come out fast! Clean and comfortable cafetería. Fast internet. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax or use the co-working space.

I’ve been trying to reach customer service so I didn’t have to write a review. There was something in my sandwich that totally messed up a tooth. I have pictures, my receipt and everything. Im done waiting. I’m not sure my next step, but it will be taken soon. Do not eat food from places that do not care. 0/10 and it STILL HURTS EVERYDAY!

Service ended up being good, but it took me about 40 min to actually order due to being turned away due to no change. My colleagues and I had a rather large order and even explained that I did not mind what type of change I got back but unfortunately that did not matter. I was still turned away which was difficult bc we only had so much time. By the time we were able to get our food (after driving all over to get change) we ended up having to grab it and go. I do wish they would fix this issue. I mean, shouldn’t every store be able to give someone $60 in change especially when placing a $40 order?? I visit Starbucks everyday and it seems like I am running into more issues now more than ever before. Just like yesterday, my daughter ordered DoorDash and we paid for extra caramel on both drinks yet they arrived with ZERO Caramel. And I know they will remake the drink for free but my daughter and her friend were home alone and do not drive so how were they supposed to get new drinks?? It just seems like for the amount of money being spent there that you should rarely deal with issues and you should never have to pay for something you don’t get.
