Came for the cereal milk latte and pumpkin spice latte. We went through the drive thru the guy taking our order was very professional and polite. The prices are a little high but the cereal milk latte was so good. I traded in the pumpkin latte for the cereal milk latte. I got the iced latte with a splash of whip cream. They have parking but we went to the drive thru. Great service and yummy drinks ten out of ten recommend.

Did mobile order on the app, which is my favorite option to place a order. No issue there, however when I get inside the to pick up my order the lady was very rude. I wanted to purchase something else and need to add funds into my account, she snapped at me and stated you need to wait until I have time to help you. I didn’t even ask her for help. I was waiting patiently to the side when she stopped whatever she was doing .
Moving forward I ordered the bagel bites-
They taste like the oven is burnt out. My son and daughter gagged after taking one bite.
I’ve purchased Hash Brown from them as they taste the same way.
Unfortunately, this Dunkin will not be getting my money anymore.
And if I could give No stars I would.

Mini donut popems are delicious. I think they’re more dangerous than a regular size donut because they come in four different flavors, and you can get a good deal on them n overeat. I also really liked my.Pretzel sliders, nice mini snack for midlunch craving. People here are very nice n quick to seve

I ordered a refresher and the drink was ok and the girl that serve was helpful. The one star review is strictly regarding the treatment I received from other Hispanic girl. I wanted to make the point that it is not the black girl. To be clear I was there on 8/9/25 at 7pm. This review is not to complain but I would recommend the owner to give the staff customer service training. I witnessed this staff disrespect a customer. I assumed it was a misunderstanding, then I saw her do the same to another customer while I was sitting there. Then she did it to me as well. Maybe she is having a tough day today but this review is for the owner to train her on being polite and respectful. I believe she does not know how she comes across. If you own this location, you can do what you wish with this review but I would recommended getting in front of this before you continue to give inadequate customer service which will impact negatively to you business. I don’t like review that are not positive but if I do not then I am hurting the business owner.

I always order on thru the mobile app and here and there there is a mistake which I let it slide. This time both my drink and my sandwich weren’t made correctly. I couldn’t let another mistake go without leaving a review. They need to pay attention to the orders more carefully this is very constant. I said no cheese on my sandwich and I get mine with cheese. I said just 2 pumps of caramel sweener and I get my coffee way to sweet I couldn’t even drink it!!. Get it together y’all!!

Came 30 minutes before closing and they had the automated voice saying they were closed, when I got asked what I wanted I wasn’t asked what size I wanted or if I wanted anything else. Was given the wrong order, given a nasty look and when I said thank you to everything they didn’t even say you’re welcome.

Update: This place is still BAAAAD!!!!! WOW!!! Currently 4:30 pm and I ordered my drink at 4:16 pm. 15 minutes later, as I write this inside thr store, still nothing!!!

This place NEEDS improvement! Maybe from corporate or a manager. This place is not clean. Does no one care if the seats and floors are filthy? Do you expect for the customer to clean them for you? Arlyn is the one who helped us and definitely not friendly, I didn’t feel welcomed with my daughter by her. I KNOW she’s not happy here. On top of all this, there are NO napkins??? “Sorry, we ran out of napkins” this was her answer to another customer while we were here. This is my second time, 5/2 after my first visit and it’s still dirty and this employee here Arlyn has not changed. I would have this place cleaned by now and make the staff smile more and be happy and welcoming.
****Food/beverage wise, I like it and it’s the reason why I came back with my daughter. Aside from wanting to see improvement.
