I’ve been trying to go to French Fry Heaven for a few months now. My family and I drove an hour to eat here but we always find it closed. Mid June, we wanted to celebrate a birthday, but find it closed. I look online to see that it’s closed for the summer. Completely understandable since it’s on a college campus. The website said it would be open again August 15th, so my family and I planned another trip August 26th. Once we get there, we come to find that it’s STILL closed. I tried to call the phone to make some sort of complaint but it’s out of service. I’m completely disappointed how this business is run. My family and I give up on trying to eat here. Thanks French Fry Heaven, you’ve lost customers.

Save your time. My partner and I spent 19 dollars on two fry combos.. one didnt have any sauce, so we went back in to ask for either a different style of fries or ask to put sauce on the previous order. Girl at the counter refused either option and said she couldn’t help us, but did slide us a container of ranch. Guess we’ll just go to Four Peaks and get their fries as originally planned. Money wasted.

College atmosphere, with plenty of bikes, backpacks and loud music. The food was spectacular, I got buffalo fries and it tasted like an endless tray of hot wings. Which is by far my favorite food. This is gonna be the new favorite for sure!

Was ready to get some snackage on. I checked on Google to find a place that would be open late. When I found this place I was pretty ecstatic when I saw they were open until 3AM! HOWEVER when I arrived at this location, THEY WERE CLOSED! With a sign that read their hours of operation. Not only did I waste time driving across town but totally got jipped on some bomb sounding French fries. And there was another group of people who had the same misfortune. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

The food is incredible… BUT the inconsistent nature of their hours makes it impossible to enjoy, especially since you have to pay to park just to walk up and find it closed. Website says it was supposed to start back up on 8/15 but as of 8/20 still not open. Don’t go unless you can confirm it’s open!

They say the open at 11. But I’ve been here on MULITPLE occasions sitting outside 40+ minutes waiting for them to open. This problem was not happening last year. The food isn’t the problem it’s amazing I come here so often because it is. But I am SURE the owners do not know that these people are falsely advertising their time. I even call and ask them what time they open and they say 11. So frustrating especially because I’m a paying customer and I come her so often or atleast try to!!

First time here and I must say I can’t even finish my cheeseburger fries just like every other fries that I saw in the trash. The fries were soggy and for a cheeseburger fries I was expecting to have some meat, but I guess thats what I get for paying 5 dollars. Overall it looked disgusting at the bottom and it was way too greasy.

Near ASU Campus. Not much seating inside but a lot of outside seating available. There was so much of the toppings put on the french fries that everything became soggy really quick. Not something I would consider going back to.

Food is really good, usually hit or miss though – food is burned or not. They usually only fill the box 1/3 the way though??? Idk why but for $5 they should at least fill the box all the way..just kinda overpriced for the amount you’re getting
