In from Nebraska, was so happy to accidentally end up in a Pizza Hut with a dining room, got 2 pizzas, they were exactly what I want when I go to PH. Well lit, as opposed to most of the older dark dining rooms, had a little arcade played some Galaga (or a clone). I didn’t use the restroom, but the guy was super nice, chatted with us about the place, came and checked in on us at the table. Not sure what more I could have asked for in fast food dining rooms experience it was as good as it gets.

Came in on Tuesday afternoon for lunch and ordered a personal pan. Service and pizza was good. But I witnessed a lady worker use the restroom and not wash her hands. Then shortly after, she came out of the kitchen with a handful of forks to put out in the dining room. Bathrooms were NOT clean. If I lived in this area, I would not be ordering from this pizza hut.

I ordered through Door dash, BBQ pizza where the BBQ sauce is the most important item. It had NO SAUCE. I had to get a refund and Pizza Ranch did me right! But I do see here many people have trouble with this Pizza Hut. Now I know to avoid them

I was really wanting to give the new Pizza Hut a better rating, however, after ordering 3x and receiving lackluster service and/or food each time, I can’t. The first time we ordered, the chicken wings had no sauce on them, and the pizza really had no taste. The second time we ordered, we ordered personal pizzas, and those were better. The service was great that time at the drive through. This last time we ordered two personal pizzas and wings. My husband waited for 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. He was told the order was still in the oven. A few minutes later, the girl told him it had been sitting in the warmer the whole time. The pizzas were warm, but from the cheese and toppings, we could definitely tell they had been sitting. Very disappointing.

I thought we would give the new Pizza Hut a try tonight for dinner, oh boy was that a mistake! I ordered three large pizzas online for carry-out. The email said that the pizzas would be ready for pickup in *19 minutes*. Went to pick up the pizza and was told they were in the oven. There were several other people also waiting for their pizzas. I watched them put three pizzas in boxes and then set them in the warmer. When I asked if those were mine, I was told that mine were still in the oven. Several customers returned their orders for their pizzas being messed up. One guy asked for no mushrooms but got them anyway. When he brought the pizza up to the counter and pointed out the mistake, the guy behind the counter proceeded to pick the mushrooms off of the pizza, and throw them at the trash whilst cussing at each individual mushroom. At one point, the older woman at the cash register pretended to be on the phone because she was tired of dealing with the customers. Meanwhile, those three pizzas that I watched them box, and then put in the warmer were, in fact, my pizzas. After standing there for about 20 minutes and throwing away $68, I got my pizzas. The pizza was completely disgusting. Flavorless, sauce less, and the toppings were pitiful. Ordered a meat lovers, there was hardly any meat on it. The meat that was on it was a kin to petrified goat droppings and dehydrated sea scum. The double peoperoni , which was supposed to have *double the pepperoni* had maybe two pieces of pepperoni per slice. The third pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, green pepper, and black olive. There were hardly any toppings and the pizza itself was just gross. This location is horrific and should just close. All of the workers are completely incompetent, and Pizza Hut has the AUDACITY to prompt a tip for online carry out orders before even receiving the pizza! Tips are a reward for good service and good work, which this location lacked both!

Its a great place for a pizza hut, the first time I ordered there. We did have to wait, food was still exceptional. Small towns like to bash places that don’t serve them hand and foot. If this establishment stays around long enough. It will be a great pizza hut

Ordered online 3 hours ahead of time. Arrived to pickup on time and yet pizza was still not ready. They handled the matter very unprofessionally. Not only we we waiting, the whole building was full of the same people in the same situation. An employee actually screamed at a nice gentleman door dasher when he inquired about his order, which was over 30 minutes late. How unprofessional and unnecessary. Pizza Hut needs to reevaluate their hiring procedures! We requested a refund and walked out. Will not be returning or referring anyone to this establishment.

My wife and I were exited to try their Gluten free pizza. We had to call it in since it was nowhere to be found on ANY Menu. She tried it. She says it’s the Best in town….Sadly we called today and they are discontinuing the gf pizza in Grinnell now. They may say because of low demand, but they don’t even show they have it!!!! So we are done!

Ordered first time after they opened and they forgot a pizza. We live 40 minutes away. Told us they would credit the phone number for next time. Ordered again, requested the free pizza that we didn’t get last time and then added to the order. Got home and still didn’t get the pizza that we didn’t get the first time. Called again and received an apology about the misunderstanding….ok?
