Dear Del Taco Artesia. Please do better!! Ordered a bean and cheese taco… simple. The effort was slop. As you can see in the pictures.. it’s slop! The dining area here had homeless .. dirty tables.. All. No kidding.. and no smiles at all.. just tired and irritated looking workers. I get it I guess you aren’t happy with the job.. but people’s food isn’t something you should mess with. I haven’t been at this location for years.. not trying to come back for more years to come. Sad.

First time on this chain trying out Trejo’s Tacos. These tacos are great tasting. Didn’t realize that Danny Trejo created a good one. Good job Danny! This is a small restaurant but great in service. Their drive through is really busy. Yolanda took care of our order and was quickly prepared by their kitchen.

Horrendous customer service. I was literally the only customer in the resturant, and could not order because I was being actively ignored by a staff of 4 people, just talking and chatting amongst themselves with their back towards me. When I finally got the attention an older female worker wearing a black face mask, I asked to use the restroom, she snapped at me with open hostility that the restrooms were for customers only. Despite the fact that I had been trying to order for about 10 mins. I gave her a confused look and she removed her mask to again state very loudly that the restrooms were for customers only. Where was this passion and enthusiasm when I entered the resturant trying to order food?
I immediately turned around and got out of there, and I suggest you all do the same.

We go there at least three to four times a week The atmosphere is great The people that work behind the counter are awesome they have never gotten our food wrong yet and it’s always been hot fast I can’t say anything bad about them It seems like good another one try them so I can say judge it for yourself guarantee to you like it

The middle age lady with glasses named Sandra ,who I ordered from in the morning, was very rude. Kept sighing after I changed my order. Will never come back because of this employee with a bad attitude . Even people I was on the phone with overhead her bad attitude and was upset with this employee too. Bad customer service. Also del dorito burrito was too spicy for my liking .

For the second or third time my taco came with a whole cup of grease in it. It seems intentional . The amount of grease made it inedible and it keeps happening. There was so much grease in my chicken soft taco the tortilla disintegrated. I didn’t take a picture last time. Normally this Del Taco is top notch but not recently.

The night shift needs way more staff to help. The line goes so slow and it took 4 minutes for someone to say hello and answer us at the speaker. Anyways We ordered 2 bean burritos and when I was eating I found plastic in my mouth, will never come here again.
