Earlier this week I stopped past to grab some car eats. I purchased a croissant donut and a crab meat croquet. The donut had thin flaky layers and was accented by a not too sweet cream and orange zest. The crab meat croquet was a panko crusted pillowy delight. Inside was filled with potato, veggies and the crab meat. Always pleasant to visit!

Drove my friend here to grab a quick coffee and he was told by the little girl running the counter that the coffee machine was down. She seemed annoyed that we interrupted her TikTok time. He asked for a chai and she didn’t say anything to him, just went to prepare it. Another girl arrived and the first girl show her the cup as if to say “look what I’m doing in this cup”. We left the establishment because we both agreed that it wasn’t worth the risk to drink that chai. 1/5 poor service.

This Paris baguette location is somewhat hidden in a small upstairs market. It is a small location, but still very bright, clean, and packs in lots of options. If you want your pick, then you must get there early. A lot of their items can sell out. Their pastries and cakes are beautiful and the ones that I choose to buy were delicious. If I lived closer, I would be much more fat and have a lot less money. The pastries are not cheap, but most of them are worth it. You walk in and grab a tray and some tongs and pick out which items you want. When you get to the register, they charge you based on what you have chosen. They offer larger cakes and drinks at the end, where the registers are. I have not tried any of their drinks yet.

Good place to indulge and get a special something every once awhile. Definitely not a place I would go every day.

The food is usually really good but it was just a disappointment yesterday. I brought a fried mochi filled with “cream cheese” as it said on the bottom, thinking theres clearly cream cheese inside. Once i took a bite, there was red bean inside which i personally find disgusting. It was very irritating to have found that inside my food. I shouldn’t be spending money on what i want and getting something else. This was super disappointing and disrespectful. Someone could’ve gotten an allergic reaction if they were allergic to red bean. Shame on you guys.

I “used to” go in here several times a week for a pastry and a large coffee after lunch, the coffee is expensive but good, “Usually “ so I don’t complain about price as long as its good!

Today I go in order a large decaf americano , its just about warm , and they give me a medium after charging me for a large, i go back to the counter , I said is this a large ??

The girl says oh i was busy!!

Really, everyone that works is busy, it seems the staff has changed there, staff cannot listen to a customer request and cannot serve the size ordered or serve it hot!

Many of us that work locally “used to” go here, the service here is declining.

I visited Friday (2/20) around 4 PM and had a deeply disappointing experience with Yesenia. I was served a coffee with dairy despite requesting none. Instead of a simple fix, Yesenia chose to debate me and copped a major attitude.
When I asked for a refund because the interaction had turned so sour, she refused, citing policy. When she finally remade the drink, she acted like it was a massive burden. This was my friend’s first time here, and it was embarrassing. Yesenia clearly needs corrective training on basic communication and service recovery.

Bought what I thought was a curry croquet but was in fact crab and the names got swapped. I do not like crab and tried to refund it but they said there was nothing they could do so that’s unfortunate and could be potentially dangerous to anyone with an allergy but the cakes we bought were pleasant

Their service sucks, honestly management needs to train their employees better. They look miserable, no “Have a nice day” or “Thank you.” They just hand you the money and thats it. It deters customer for ever wanting to return.

I noticed that this location just opened recently so I was excited to come and check it out. I normally go to the one 38th and Chestnut. Came in to buy a birthday cake for my dad. As the employee was packing the cake into the box, smudged the entire front side of the cake and didn’t say anything. I asked if she smudged it and she didn’t respond. At that point I didn’t even want to buy the cake but asked if I could get a discount or get it fixed but I was rushed to pay and the cake was handed to me. I came home and checked it and this is what I saw. Would you spend $50 on a cake if this was the front of it? I called back and asked if I could just return it because I’m not giving my dad a ruined cake. Manager asked me what was wrong with the cake but he should’ve just asked his employee. Refunded the money and I left. Went to 38th and Chestnut like I should’ve in the first place. Will not be returning to this location.
