Excellent service and staff! On our last day visiting Vegas we decided to hit up Cafe Rio. The young lady Jasmine was nice and helpful when it came to selecting our entrees. The chicken nachos hit the spot and the mint limeade was refreshing. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but had a positive attitude.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. We were charged extra for a single piece of chicken with zero explanation, which already felt like a money grab. The food quality was poor and not worth the price at all.
Employees were openly on their phones while serving customers and using their walkie talkies to talk about us right in front of us. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. When we asked for basic toppings, staff claimed they were “out,” despite the fact that the lettuce container was visibly full and sitting right there. They simply didn’t want to do their jobs.
We were going to take our food to go, but decided to dine in after Juan—who was extremely rude—told us the pico would be ready in 5 minutes. Instead, we sat there listening to the entire crew mock us over their walkie talkies, calling us rude and openly saying they didn’t care about reviews.
We finished eating and the pico never came out. Not late—never. This behavior is outrageous, disgusting, and completely unacceptable for any business, let alone a restaurant. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers.
Save your money and your time. This place clearly does not care about service, quality, or how they treat people. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this location.

My girlfriend and I came in 5 minutes before closing (this location closes at 9 PM like all the others, but for some reason Google Maps says it closes at 10). I can only imagine that it must be very difficult for staff at the end of the night to balance closing responsibilities while also making food and giving customers excellent service, but the staff here knocked it out of the park. I got one of the best fast-casual burritos I’ve ever eaten and I got some of the best customer service I’ve ever had right alongside it!
Cafe Rio!! Do everything in your power to keep these staff members!!! They make all the difference!!!!!

⭐️ 1 Star – Consistently Terrible Experience
This Café Rio location is hands down the worst one I’ve ever ordered from. Every single time I place an order through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, something is wrong — missing toppings, no utensils, cold food, or even a drink without a proper lid. The only time my order was made correctly was when I literally called ahead and explained that they’ve messed it up every time before.
If you’re ordering close to closing or when they’re busy, they’ll just throw something together without care. I even asked my delivery driver to double-check, and he told me they almost forgot my drink — he had to ask for it! The fact that customers have to micromanage their order like this is ridiculous.
It’s a waste of money ordering from this location. The food always comes out wrong, missing sauces and toppings (especially salsa or sour cream), and it’s honestly disappointing every single time. Whoever manages this store really needs to do better — customers deserve the food they paid for.

There is not a lot of food for the price. The food was tasty, but $12 for 2 tacos is a little much, especially when they are barely full of food. I can see if the tacos were stuff, but they were not so disappointed with the price to food ratio. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.

I recently visited Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican, and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The lady who made my meal was incredibly nice and friendly, which added a great personal touch to my experience.
However, the cashier seemed to be having a rough morning and had a bit of an attitude, which was unfortunate. It didn’t overshadow the quality of the food, though—it was truly the highlight of my visit.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Cafe Rio for the delicious food and friendly service from the prep staff. Just hoping for a better vibe at the register next time.

To be honest Miss Nina and her team were the most professional casual dining team I have seen! They all worked together and it was clean! Great personality here. The food was quality you expect. I will be back many times before they don’t have the sweet pork anymore

I go here every Tuesday for their tacos — always fresh and delicious. Dining there is good, with a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The staff is amazing, especially the elderly lady (I believe her name is Nena) — she’s super kind and makes every visit feel special. Great food and even better service!

Very slow line, not a big line but the restaurant was not operating efficiently at all. At 5pm monday dec 15th the place was dirty; and not stocked. Customers in front of us were told delays on a lot food items. The other customers asked who the manager was and why it was taking so long. They identified a young man named Malik as the manager. I was surprised that he was in charge as he was playing with his phone and drinking something in the kitchen while the other employees sorta worked. The manager had nothing ready for dinner rush. He had one person making tortillas and starting all the orders. This one person on tortillas was trying to keep things going but nobody was helping him. There were at least 4 people

Service and atmosphere were bad (dirty and slow) and i think the ‘’manager” on duty is likely to blame and did not appear to be motivated at all. Where i live the cafe rios have way more traffic than this store yet are faster and cleaner. Even though we are staying right by this cafe rio we cannot justify returning to such a poorly managed restaurant. There were no attempts to explain delays or make anything right. We asked if they had Queso ready to go or if we would have to wait even longer. They said it was ready so we added that to the order only to find out it would be another delay. Pretty bad work guys!
