The Hop Stop is the newest taco bar in the place where it all began (Stevensville!) in the last best place (Montana, of course!). Tucked one block west of Main Street behind Valley Drug & Variety in Stevensville, Montana, the Hop Stop features tacos and burritos served on homemade, vegan flour tortillas (corn is available). At our restaurant, we feature the recipes and flavors of our namesake’s childhood in Northern Colorado. From the get-go, Hop or Hopper was hopping to learn about the world, and so he soaked up his experiences cooking with his grandparents. Today, those are the basis for our menu.
