Don’t go here if you have any allergies. I specifically said no tomatoes because I’m allergic. Get home and my order was covered in them. By reading reviews I guess I should have checked before driving away. Workers behind the counter seem annoyed they needed to redo my order after I made the 15 min drive back. Not even an apology. I’ll never spend my money there again.

What an absolute disgrace! My son and his friends stopped in for a quick bite in the drive-thru. When my son bit into his bean and cheese burrito he found that a whole paper napkin had been rolled the whole length of the burrito.
When we went back to show the store employees, the cashier at the window was laughing as if it were funny. My son said she had done so when he was leaving the first time as well.
Maybe messing with someone else’s business reputation is funny to her.
My son and his 4 friends have vowed not to eat from this establishment again.
I did return with him to demand money back for the meals they had no intention of eating. After having us wait a bit to find a duplicate receipt (the cashier neglected to give them one) she did refund the purchase.
I asked to speak to the manager but was told that he was not in.
I asked for the managers name, but when I called the next day, I was told that no one by that name was employed there.
I did preserve the food item, and I left the item rolled as it came from this establishment with the intent of alerting the health department.

Wife was up all night throwing up and has had stomach issues for 3 days now. FOUND MOLD IN OUR BURRITOS!!!. Did as you said and filled out form via contact us and have yet to be contacted by anyone. 2 days later and still no response. Guess we are going to health department.

THE FRIES ARE NEVER COOKED! SO GROSS & COLD NO SALT.. Every time. Even the beans here taste diff than other locations. Not sure what they do to the food here. Definitely no attn to quality control

They never clean the bathrooms like they should be. Floor never is mopped, always smells like a mix of feces and vomit. They have a employee restroom 5 feet away. Smells like flowers in there, floor is nice and clean, toilet clean. Thing is the door is locked and you need the key to get in that one, which they won’t give you. I’ve used that restroom a few times and it always looks and smells better. Apparently these people don’t value their customers. Take note the garbage flowing over the can. Note I came in 11 hours after I took these pics, still nothing had been cleaned. That is feces all over the sink and toilet. ) : Use a different Del taco if you want Del taco. If the bathrooms look like this the kitchen couldn’t be far behind.

This specific location during the day is filled with kids from the high school across the street. It’s very busy during lunch time and after school. The food is fast though.

First, let me start by saying DT has gone crazy with their prices. And all for the absolute minimal amount of food. And now, I question whether or not it’s actual chicken that they use. This location will very rarely get your order correct forcing you to turn around and get it corrected, or deal with what you got when you get home. Good luck

Del Taco uses a lot of coupons in their app and they honor all of their coupons as they are written contracts in a way and I had a couple tacos for free they were great, they go out of their way with great customer service great food for a great value and their work is as good as his gold unlike @Priceline who doesn’t honor their written agreements they have a horrible app and they double charge their customers I don’t know I’m just saying.
