i really like which wich sandwiches, and this in the only location i know of near me. imagine my disappointment when the only employee kept saying “one minute one minute” while playing around on his phone for minutes as i waited at the cash register.
for all i know he is still at the register, playing around on his phone.
I eventually pointed out to him that it was clear which wich was not open, since he refused to get off of his phone, even after i waited for five minutes.
I hope he won “angry birds” or whatever he was busy doing

I’ve been to this Which Wich in Warrenville multiple times and I keep having the exact same issue — they never have the sandwich I want. Every time, I try to order something from their regular menu and I’m told they’re out of key ingredients. It’s extremely frustrating and honestly makes the location feel unreliable.
I used to like Which Wich, but after several visits with the same problem, I’m done coming to this location. If you can’t count on a sandwich shop to have the sandwiches they advertise, what’s the point?

Great Experience, The company I work for had an order for them for 16 people for lunch. Talked to Sam @ location about our order that would be coming to them online & he said he would personally take care of our order. Everybody loved their sandwiches & salads. Ordering online was very simple , easy to do & did not take that long to do. I will order from Which Wich again in the future. I will recommend them to freinds & associates. This sandwich shop is a little confusing because you have to fill out a card for the sandwich you want to order but you have to look at the changing tv menu board’s and try to figure out how much things cost. Then you take it over and give it to the guy and pay then you get your food and then eat outside or something else because they have nowhere to sit. The food is not that good and is not fresh tasting

When this gas station was re-done, years ago, and they added in the 2 restaurants. I was able to try a sandwich from Which-Wich. Now, I don’t know if it was because they were very new or if it was just the place. But the sandwiches were completely unremarkable, and I would rather eat Subway any day. However, let’s talk about now…. 2024. They are NEVER open. This sandwich shop is inside of a gas station, a BP, to be precise. There is also a Dunkin Donuts in this same BP, and that seems to be open any time that the gas station is open. As this station is a two block walk from my house, my kids and I visit often. Alternatively, every single time I go into this gas station, the Which-Wich sandwich stop is dark, and there’s never an employee working. So unless it’s open during magical hours or they only open for 20 minutes once every three week… I’m assuming this place is closed.

There was no meat on my chicken Buffalo with ranch sandwich. I’ve eaten at Which Which at least 40 times….. disappointed with Warrenville location and will never eat there again. I paid $8 for a piece of bread.

Very positive first experience. Workers were very helpful. Had never been to this restaurant before. They had many vegetarian options, and all ingredients were very fresh and good. I will definitely go back. My only complaint is the quantity of veggies they put on the sandwich. I wish I could see them go through the line like a subway so I could ask for more of one thing or another. Literally had 5 black olives on my sandwich.

The sandwiches were delicious.. there were no prices on the bag that my son & I were marking our orders on & no prices Anywhere.
Maybe we were ” Had ” cause we were from out of town, lost & I was frazzled… but I honestly think my son about had a stroke when he got back to my truck & told me 2 sandwiches cost him damn $35! Warrenville inside a BP gas station. I didn’t even know there was a Dunkin Donuts there too.. just past this sandwich counter.
I feel so bad in the sense that so much was paid & they weren’t lined with gold.. but did taste alright.

The hours posted on the door say 1030AM, Google says 1030AM, there are people walking around behind the counters, talking, and ignoring you as you stand on the other side of their “closed’ chain. I was polite, I gave it several minutes, nothing changed. Don’t bother. I should’ve seen the other reviews first instead of waiting in my car for them to “open”
