This Starbucks had such an awesome crew working the last time I went in. I’ve previously been through the drive-thru at this location a couple times, but on my most recent visit, I decided to go inside. And I was pleased with the decision because the employees were just so friendly and very sweet with my little one I had with me. One of the staff members working even helped us to pick out a healthy and delicious snack for him. Something that he would enjoy, but also something wholesome that I felt comfortable giving my child to eat. For example, NOT a sugary cake pop (only Mom & :Dad can eat those!!)

Even when I passed the ordering screen, and sat rudely at the window.
I wish I remembered her name! All I know is that when she opened the window, I was just looking at her like, “yes?” She just smiled, with the kindest laugh, and told me what I did.
She could have been rude, only mentioning what I did wrong, while waiting with zero smile. My experience could have been horrible, but left instead with laughter…and kept laughing….with every person in Janesville

The pot holes in the drive through will bottom your car out and just destroy it. Over 12″ deep. I would take a picture but I’m too upset to go back. Had to get out and make sure my wheel was still on.

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Starbucks location, and only realized it once I pulled up to the drive-thru window. Autumn was so kind and gracious—she let us place our order right there so we didn’t have to drive across town to pick up the drinks. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience with her warm attitude and helpfulness. Thank you, Autumn, for going above and beyond!

If someone is paying $7-$8 for a drink, please make it how they would like it made and don’t skimp on ingredients. It doesn’t cost much to add the extra foam I asked for, and I would’ve been a much happier customer if you had made the drink how I wanted it. Instead, I now know to not go to this location again.

I’m writing this with hopes that nobody takes advantage of the employees. I went to get a coffee in the drive thru, and after i already placed the order i realized my card was missing from my wallet. I pulled up to the window and told them i couldn’t get my drink anymore because i was unable to pay for it. They told me it wasn’t a big deal and “it happens” and gave it to me for free. they made my bad day so much better thanks to them. I’ll remember my card for next time so i can give them a good tip. 🙂
