Richard, our server, delivered top-tier service throughout the visit. His attentiveness, product knowledge, and welcoming attitude added tremendous value to the overall experience. He made sure everything was timely, smooth, and enjoyable.
The highlight of the meal was The Outlaw burger—easily one of the juiciest, most flavorful burgers I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, richly seasoned, and paired with fresh toppings, it showcased the kitchen’s commitment to quality just as much as the brewery’s craftsmanship shows in every pour.
This tap room continues to set the bar high. Excellent service, impressive food, and great brews make it a must-visit for anyone looking for a standout local spot. Highly recommended.
The food was a slightly mixed review. I had the grilled cheese with jalapeño tomato soup and loved both. Our daughter had the Korean Chicken Sandwich with upgraded truffle fries. Her partner had the Guacamole Bacon Burger with upgraded garlic fries. They both really enjoyed their meals.
My husband was super excited to try the Pork Belly Tacos, but was very disappointed. He felt there was entirely too much sauce. He could not taste the actual pork belly at all, and they were super messy.
They all enjoyed their beers. They all had the Garage Dweller IPA and loved it. My husband also tried the 530 and enjoyed it as well. I don’t drink beer and am thankful they had some other options. I had a Blood Orange Spritz, which was slightly sweet, but balanced the salty sandwich I ordered. The server advised to add ice and it was a great choice. I then had a Sauv Blanc and it was delightful.
Overall, we had a great experience. We won’t order the tacos again, but we will definitely be back!
As for the food, I went with the pork belly burnt ends mac and cheese. It sounded like a flavor bomb, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. There wasn’t much pork belly in the dish, and the mac and cheese itself wasn’t as rich or cheesy as I’d hoped. It was a fun idea, just needs a little more punch.
Still, the overall experience was solid. Great service, cool decor, and a place I’d come back to….maybe just try a different dish next time.
Farmers Brewing Restaurant is one of those places that feels like it was built by people who actually care about what they’re serving. You walk in and immediately get that “local, comfortable, not trying too hard” vibe — the kind of spot where you can relax, eat well, and forget about whatever chaos you left in the parking lot. The place is clean, the staff is friendly without being fake, and the whole atmosphere feels like a modern barn got a glow‑up.
The food is the real star. Everything tastes fresh, like it came straight off a field and onto the grill. Their burgers are stacked just right, the fries are the kind you keep eating even when you’re full, and the appetizers disappear faster than you expect. And the beer? Smooth, cold, and brewed with enough pride that you can taste it. It’s the kind of beer that makes you say, “Yeah, I’ll have another,” before the server even asks.
What I like most is that it’s not pretentious. It’s not trying to be some fancy Vegas restaurant. It’s just good food, good drinks, and good people — the kind of place you can bring friends, family, or just yourself when you want a solid meal without any nonsense.
Farmers Brewing Restaurant gets five stars from me. It’s the kind of spot that keeps you coming back because it’s real, it’s local, and it delivers every time.
We ordered the fries, fish tacos and the crab cakes for apps. Fries were good, fish tacos were so so.
The korean fried chicken sandwich was not that great. The breaded chicken was way over done and dried out. Flavor was overwhelming. Too much sauce.
Mushroom burger was pretty good. This was lacking in flavor compared to other dishes but I prefer this one over the chicken sandwich.
Pork belly bowl was below average. Rice on the bottom was soaked in sauce that was not very good. Pork belly dried out.
Server was awesome. Atmosphere was fantastic. Love the place. Just wish the food was better.
Updating my review from our visit on 9/15/24. The salads are still good. The beer is still good. The service was ok. We would have ordered more beer if our server came back. We ordered Nachos as an appetizer. They were horrible. The cheese was constant with a high school snack bar from a can. Maybe 5 bites of meat on the whole platter. I’m not giving up eating here ….not on a hurry to go back.
