The baristas are so sweet and the vibes are so cozy! The order ahead is always on time even during the morning rush for the past two years I’ve been here. However, the drinks are really inconsistent, maybe corporate didn’t send out the recipe. It’s a toss up over whether the mocha will taste like chocolate milk water or delicious. The matcha is usually okay but the double berry matcha had only a dollop of the berry foam. See photo of my order here versus my order at another Starbucks.

The employees here are always super nice and friendly. When I order ahead, my order is always ready when I get there. One time they were out of the food I ordered, and one of the employees made sure I was able to get something else that I would like. Love the atmosphere of this location. Great place to sit and work/study. Parking is a little tricky.

I placed an order to-go at 10 am May 28th and everyone was SO NICE! First iced matcha I’ve ever had from Starbucks that was fully mixed (no chunks of matcha powder at the bottom). So so yummy. Everyone working this morning deserves 100 million dollars

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years everyday and will never go back again. The service and wait times are rapidly deteriorating. Today was my last straw. I along with other customers who have been waiting forever asked for a refund. Worker making coffee screamed “no refund, you have to wait.” The store was at 1/4 of its regular busy time. If the workers could not fulfill orders they should switch the mobile orders off or better yet close the store. I couldn’t believe that this level of service is acceptable at Starbucks. Screaming at customers is out of line. Multiple people just walked out of this mess of a store. Shameful, Starbucks! Do better. You’ll lose customers if you won’t train your staff basic human respect and decency.
