Just went for the last time. I don’t know who to blame but the service sucked. There was one woman running the whole place. She had about 4 tables and was serving and cooking. The whole process from walking in to walking out too 90 minutes for lunch, our meals came out incorrect and our waters were empty 90% of the time we were there. I had to ask for a refill which still took about 5 minutes to get. I’m sure it’s not her fault, she was doing a lot by herself. But even still, she never apologized, offered any sort of compensation for the poor experience or did anything to make it better. She needed more help and management should know they just this customer because of this poor experience.

If you want some meat in a cold, dry, rubbery pocket of bread delivered to your door in two hours or more, this is the place for you. We called in for a delivery on 07/21/2015. The man who answered did not know how to operate the computer system, so he had to give the phone to another staff member, a female who took down our card number incorrectly as well as our phone number, so not only could she not process the payment for our order, but she could not call us to ask for the card number. Instead of delivering the item and retrieving the correct card number upon delivery, they let us wait for an hour and a half, when we finally called them to see where our food was. When we called, she did not apologize, just stated she didn’t have our card number right. I gave her the corrected card information, and she said she would have the food reheated (not cooked fresh) and delivered to us. A half an hour later we received a phone call from the delivery man. Apparently they didn’t have the address written down correctly either. Once he arrived, he apologized, but did not offer to reduce the price, give us a coupon, or in anyway compensate us for the poor service. Once we had our food, we found it to cold, dry, and rubbery. Not only was the service itself a nightmare, but it was the worst calzone I have ever tasted.
