Placed an order 2/13 for 6 people at 12:25. Given a 25 minute pick up time. Food wasn’t ready till 1:30.

On Friday 2/27/2026 I decided to give this place a try. I live in hempstead and have drove past it a few times. I ordered two orders of birria Tacos, carne asada sopes, a slice of tres leches chips and guacamole.They have better ratings that Mr. Tacos the restaurant I usually order from, but it turned out that their food is horrible and worst than Mr.Tacos, by far. I will never go back. The worst birria tacos and broth I have ever had. The broth was horrendous, no color, no flavor. The sopes each had to much cilantro and the tortillas were stale. It’s like who ever is making the food has no passion or knowledge on what they’re doing. The birria tacos had no crunch, they were soggy and had no flavor. I have eaten better food at food trucks. On a positive note the lady that took my order was friendly, other than that there is no way I would ever spend another dime here.

I’ve already left a review about the extremely long wait. I’m a courier, and every second counts. I’ve been waiting for my order for over 40 minutes now. This is completely unacceptable. And just so you understand, there’s not a single customer in the room. And there are five couriers. Why are you taking so long to process orders? Could you at least have a couple more people in the kitchen on weekends if you’re running low on time?!

Ordered from here for take out but decided to dine in today. The service was great & food was delicious. Just as quick as ordering a slice of pizza & dining in. Food was fresh& filling. We had chicken nachos, 2 shrimp tacos & 2 horchatas total was about $20.

We ordered out so I cant speak for the atmosphere or even the service (though my boyfriend did go in to get the food and said the man who was working at the time was so nice and let him try Horchata and white boy is a big fan lol) but the food was genuinely so very good. Absolutely no complaints from me or him. Will definitely be keeping this restaurant in our rotation.

Solid tacos as usual, idk if the homemade flavor is 100% there now that it’s a chain but i honestly really enjoy these tacos. Always enough flavor (for me) and presentation is on point. Always consistent too. Will visit again

I want to leave this review not about the service or the taste of the food, but about the delivery process. Hire a couple more people in the kitchen if you can’t keep up. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:42. It’s now 7:15, and my order is still not ready. And besides me, there are six other food delivery drivers here. There are only two tables occupied in the restaurant.

Went here for lunch with my brother. Food was very good. I ordered 3 beef tacos with consommé and he order a chicken burrito. We both agreed this spot has good food. My consommé was delicious and a little spicy but gave the tacos such a nice boost of flavor. It was delicious. My brother really enjoyed his food too. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the music was very loud. Other than that it’s a good spot. Definitely recommend.

I’ve eaten here before and food has been great and the service alright. Not bad.
However I brought some friends here for the first time one day to share my experience, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for the waitress to finally come to our table.
When she finally came over after our signals she didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink or order just stood there with her pad and pen, we had to ask her if she wanted to start us first with drinks or take orders for the meals as well, she replied that it doesn’t matter as if it she just wanted to get it over with and took all our orders.
After we got our meals we realized we didn’t have any napkins or forks and knives and had to go up to the counter and inform them, she came and put it on our table without any good disposition or smile or any questions of whether we needed anything else and never came back.
There was a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom yet we didn’t want to get more attitude com the waitress so we didn’t mention it.
Our friends are pretty chill and we still happened to have a great time and excused it as maybe she was having a bad day. But this was the first time I ever felt like not even giving tip.
The food in itself has always been delicious, but it’s kind of disappointing when you say great things about a place to your guests and then it turns out to be not what they thought the experience would be.
