Beyond a doubt the worst food that I’ve ever had. They forgot our food. When I want an extra onions they put no onions. They forgot a french fry. The french fries they did give that were large it was half full and they were so limp and full of grease that she could’ve rung them out they were mushy. And to top it all off the clerk was beyond rude. They put the fish sandwich tartar sauce in the box on the side not on the sandwich. They put the softest wrapped sandwich under all the boxes and squished it. A real joyful experience for 50 bucks

On 5/16/2025 I took my 2 daughters to this location because they wanted to eat McDonalds, we walked in and stood in front of the cashier desk and waited for someone to greet us and take our order about 3-4 minutes passed and nobody came out. I don’t like ordering in the screens they have in the lobby but I had to. Ass soon as a white costumer came in they run out to take his order, he didn’t wait a second by register. They need to do better on servicing everyone with the same respect no matter what race they are.

When I placed my order, one of my items was a small coke no ice. In the picture where I drew a line is where it was filled to. I asked for it to be filled up. What they did was add some ice. Really!? It irritates me so that they can’t just put the coke in the cup. Just a simple request.

Ridiculous – paid for an extra ranch, and they’re refused to give it to me. Went and got a manager who continues to argue – even though I paid for it and had my receipt that showed that. What a waste of my time, and of course the snack wrap was cold.

This is probably the 2nd worst McDonald’s ive ever been to.
They have strange hours, opening later and closing earlier than any ive seen in the area, and within an hours travel.
Id say that about 70% of the time the people working make aistake on my order, whether made via the app or at the drive thru.
I will say that while they mess up often, they are atleast very polite and friendly.
Beyond that this location is subpar all around and needs a lot of work.

Beyond a doubt the worst dinning and costumer service experience history at any dinning establishment anywhere for the last 3-4 years. There was a day where McDonalds and its proprietors stood behind its service, products, food and personnel but that day has long past at the Yellow Springs Frederick MD location.

Lets start of by saying that I have been a costumer at this McDonalds for well over 20 years as a resident at the Whittier Community. Obviously mistakes have occurred during our long dinning experience but the overall experience prior to these last few years has been pleasant, trusting and positive.

Over the course of the last 3-4 years it has appeared that both the proprietor and management simply do not care. We have encountered issues varying with food quality, accuracy and have witnessed arguments instigated by staff with costumers both in drive thru and within the restaurant. It has gotten so bad that we have stopped dinning at the restaurant as we never know what is going to happen. Recently we encountered multiple issues where we specifically requested no inions on quarter pounders / double cheese burgers and missing items from our order. The response has been less than hospitable, during one circumstance we returned to the McDonalds to address the issue and the manager openly took our food to the back area to ensure that onions were included and quantified by looking at the receipt as if we were not being honest. then and only then was our food order redone after a 13 minute wait and no apology was provided other than “here”. On another and the latest incident, we were missing 2 quarter lbs and 2 double cheeburgers from our order. I attempted to contact the restaurant and the listed phone number to my surprise has not been in service for a long time period (mind you the phone number was still listed as active). I returned to the MCdonalds to speak to management once again I was forced to wait for nearly 10-13 minutes while the manager walked away and went into the back office. Upon returning the manager again asked me what was missing from the order and i repeated myself for the 3-4 time, at which time the female manager simply said that she filled the order and all food items were included in the bag. I looked at her like she had grown a second head and stated again that the food was missing to which she responded that she was not willing to do anything… I then called McDonalds corporate as I was left without the missing food and refund and they took down my complaint. Also stated that the McDonalds Franchise owner would contact me as this was a serious incident. It now been 6 weeks since the incident was reported and no one, not a soul has reached out.

I would not ever recommend this franchise to anyone ever as their given track record has fallen away from caring about this community or its costumers in any way. I will NOT be returning to this McDonalds and plan on posting this on every single social media outlet available to me as they do not care and i worked had for my money to simply give it away.

I ordered the steak and egg biscuit for breakfast. I have one word, disgusting. I took two bites and had to throw it out. The steak was awful, chewy, and full of gristle. I gave the service 4 stars because I used the app, and that went well, but I had to wait at the window for a rather lengthy amount of time. A separate employee saw I was waiting, grabbed my order, and gave it to me. So that was a team move on her part. I would never recommend anyone order the steak busquit.
