The second time I’ve ordered a matcha, here and the last. Both times the matcha has been in chunks and not mixed. First time, I ordered a hot matcha I was hoping was isolated incident. So I didn’t take a picture. It was pretty much straight milk and tasted horrible. Then when I dumped it out I found a giant chunk of solidified matcha at the bottom of the cup when I dumped it out. This time I ordered a hot matcha and got a chunky iced matcha, with a ton of syrup just sitting at the bottom. This is a basic drink, that I have ordered for years from various Starbucks. Never have they been like this, I think staff just needs educated or something? It’s not something that dissolves without being mixed/whisked. I get that it’s a small town, and people might not drink it much here or might not know. However, If you’re offering it on the menu, staff needs to learn how to make it like every other Starbucks. Either way, I contacted corporate and got refunded for both, but won’t come back for something I’ve had to trash both times.

I ordered a caramel macciato with whipped cream on top. There was NO caramel in it AT ALL which I paid extra for extra caramel and the whipped cream was flat with no topping. They can’t be charging $10 for a cup of coffee and then not even put all of the ingredients in it!
So bad. Gas station coffee is better. Macchiato, skip it. Nasty after taste and watery. Gross.

Your employee Maddie was absolutely wonderful!! I didn’t like the drink I ordered (my fault) and she could tell as soon as I took a sip she instantly asked me if I’d like something else saying that I deserve to love my drink and that shed love to see me back. She ended up making me the best frappe I’ve ever had in my life all while having a meaningful conversation with me. I left with the biggest smile ever! I will 10/10 be coming back! Thank you so much!

I stopped in at this local Starbucks because I was in Indiana for work. The staff was friendly and attentive. The entire store was clean and was led efficiently. The drinks that we ordered were made with precision. It was a stellar experience in every way. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

I come to this Starbucks all the time, the quality of drinks coming out in the afternoon and evening are awful. Never syrup even though I PAY for it, the ratios are off and drinks are watery… it’s going downhill and you should just skip it

I love coming to this Starbucks, the baristas are always very nice and my drink is always made very well. However, I am a bit disappointed today because they refused to take a $100 bill saying they don’t have enough change to give me. I find this very hard to believe seeing as how Starbucks’ makes a ton of money. I was excited for my drink, but this just made absolutely zero sense to me. Everything else about this location is great though.

Clean and quite busy. The cashier was rapid fire with the orders and there was only three people running. One at the drive thru window, one doing orders and one taking/doing orders. My only my -1 star is that the nitro cold brew is down. That was quite literally the only reason I go into Starbucks. But the service was amazing

Sunday afternoon 4:30pm tattooed guys put no sweetener in iced coffee. No sticker on cup telling what the drink was either. How can you mess that up? Wasn’t busy at all.
