Great spot for food inside Grand Casino Hinckley! The smoked 3-part chicken wings are a must-try, and both the Philly-style Prime Rib sandwich and Pulled Pork were excellent. The homemade chips were a nice touch, too.
I’m knocking off a star for service. While the staff was polite, they were quite slow. We didn’t get plates or napkins with our appetizers, and we were never offered drink refills. Come for the BBQ, but bring some patience.

There are not many places to eat in Hinkley, MN. On my last trip I thought that I would try the the Grille House in the casino. My food was not hot enough to melt soft butter. Baked potato and green beans weren’t warm. My server didn’t come back to check if my food was ok. I was less than pleased.

Whoever cooked tonight. Woah. Speechless on the wing appetizer that was smoked. 3 different dipping sauces. Hats off. The meal I got was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a bun with coleslaw on the side. Got light breaded deep fried chicken breast with gravy instead. Amazing flavor. Thanks for switching it up. Wow. Keep up the good work!

We did not have high hopes, so mediocre would have been great! And the food was just that, mediocre. The shining star of the evening was the dill pickle cheese curds!
But it was the service that really sank this place. It started out slow and just got more slow as the night went on. We had come here for a concert and it took them over an hour and 10 minutes to get us fed in a not very busy restaurant and get out the door.
Try a different restaurant in the complex!

Winds Steakhouse and The Grille House are separate restaurants that are next two each other at the casino. The Grille House is the bar and grill. Pints of beer are budget friendly priced at $5.25 each. And the grilled chicken sandwich is $15. Not bad. Good service.
