This was my first time trying this restaurant and everything was Absolutely phenomenal. The service was impeccable. It started with the greeting and introduction. Daryl was amazing and talked me through everything and was extremely welcoming me and thanked me for trying this restaurant for the first time. I will definitely be back. The best part is the food is outstanding. It taste like heaven in my mouth. I was not expecting this greatness. What a day!

This was my first time at Cava! And from the warmth of the restaurant, the service and how delicious and clean the food is I’m very impressed! I’m always looking for new restaurants that have clean quality ingredients that taste just as good! I would 10/10 recommend. I’m a pescatarian and the falafel crunch bowl was so yummy with a nice kick to it!

Outstanding food and even better service. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way my wife wanted. We also had an unexpected payment issue at checkout, and the team handled it with real kindness and professionalism, making sure she was taken care of without any attitude or hassle. I came back afterward to pay, and they were still genuinely friendly. CAVA earned a repeat customer.

The first time I ordered on door dash it was absolutely amazing.. ordered the EXACT same thing 2 days later and it was all messed up and different. So the food is amazing, however it depends on who is doing your order apparently on how good the meal will be overall. I definitely will try again for the tiebreaker.

I love this place, but the service was especially bad at 3pm 2/26. Went to lunch with family and the workers were confused we had three bowls, not just two. We both said that several times. Not only this but I had to remind them what comes in the falafel crunch. I get it exactly how it’s made, I’m easy, and they literally forgot the falafel to the point I had to go back and ask, and they gave it to me in a cup. It wasn’t just inexperience like I have seen before, they didn’t care about the food or service they gave today which was disappointing since I just wanted to bring my family to a favorite of mine for my birthday.

I had stellar service at CAVA thanks to Jay. As soon as I joined the line, he acknowledged me and let me know I’d be assisted shortly, even while finishing up with the previous customer. He was friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He even suggested the new pita chips, which were a great recommendation. I’ve been to CAVA several times, and the level of service here is honestly giving Chick-fil-A a run for its money. Jay is a hardworking young man with a bright future and truly a great asset to CAVA.

Stopped in for a quick dinner with my son. Everything was fresh. The veggie bowl was perfect for me. The place/tables could have been cleaner. The person taking the order should have been more patient answering questions for a first time guest. Loved the food, will be back because of it.

Bad management? When the manager knows the store is going to be extremely busy, get more people on board to work. Can’t get enough people to work? You should be able to pay them more by the prices of the food… The cleanliness and welcoming presentation of your store matter to patrons. Take Chick-fil-A for example… their stores are ALMOST ALWAYS spotless because they are INTENTIONAL about cleanliness. Throughout the day, it seems they have enough workers to have at least one person whose job is to make their public places spotless. This way I don’t mind paying their high prices. — Take a hint!
