I don’t like complaining but this was so bad that I really need people to know what they are getting into. Not even close to the photo. There were about 4 or 5 pieces of severely burned chunks of meat that were so hard they cut the roof of my mouth, zero moisture or flavour. One small piece of cheese sliced between the 2 halves of the sandwich, which seemed really weird considering it is a “melt”. I know skip marks up a bit but we paid almost $25 a piece for two combos and it was so so so bad.

made quickly, and open late; thats the only highlight. looks nothing like the pictures and the portion is way too small to be $14-16 for a sandwich. extremely disappointing

The manager, Victoria and her staff are awesome. My work colleague had ordered us some lunch via DoorDash. There was some snafu with the system though and the order didn’t show up for the Meltdown. Victoria had the food made regardless and one of the chefs actually drove out to us for the delivery.
They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for the help they gave us.

Had wanted to try this restaurant for awhile. Finally ordered delivery on a Sunday night.
Its great that they are using real roast slices….but really, a sandwich for $11.00 (pre-tax) should really have meat on every bite.
On thOSE bare parts of the sandwich it was soggy due to the under-toasted bread.
I expect a better sandwich from a place that specializes in them.
I most likely will not be ordering from here again.
(I gave 2 stars because the other 2 sandwiches were mostly ok, and the missing side order wasn’t that big a deal)

Maybe I’m just lucky compared to other reviewers but I’ve order this place twice in the same week and it was absolutely excellent!!! I tend to be fairly picky but I will order from them in the future, I was very happy and I got it delivered. Bread toasted perfectly both times, great flavor, plenty of meat in each bite, no soggy bread, onion rings had perfect crisp. Only 1 issue was the fries the first time kinda sucked but I had it delivered and fries never do well in containers but they didn’t even have salt let alone any flavoring on them. I would recommend everyone try them it was very worth it in my experience

So hear me out, when you see a photo of what a sandwich is supposed to look like from a gourmet sandwich shop that’s charging $20 per sandwich, you’d expect your order to kinda resemble what the menu photos look like (this isn’t McDonald’s, I realize if I buy a Big Mac it’s not going to look anything like the menu). Have a look at the photos I’ve uploaded and tell me with a straight face that the sandwich I received is worth $21.25 after tax. What. A. Rip. Off. I could go to Big Star and for $18 – $22 be stuffed with leftovers. The sandwich I received is probably worth $10. I was tasty though, but not $20 tasty.

This isnt a subsidiary of Denny’s. It is Denny’s. The ordering website was a little misleading that way. Meat wasn’t bad but they forgot my onion rings. My drink didnt have a straw and like all major chains, my soda drink was over priced and undersized. Plus, my fries were kind of undercooked. Individually, these are not a big deal but as a list, kind of irritating and we probably won’t eat here again. I was really hoping it was a new sandwich shop, but it’s not.

I was very underwhelmed and disappointed in my food given the price I paid through Skip the dishes. My brisket sandwich was not warm, hardly any meat in it and the brisket was dry, looked like it had been smoked several days ago and then frozen. I will never eat through them again. I wish I could get my money back actually.

Very disappointed! The food was 15 mins late and was cold. The sandwich was missing mayo and the cheese wasn’t even close to being melted. Don’t bother with this place.
