Horrible experience. Fish full of grease and all the breading fell off. Fries soft greasy and cold. My husband bought a beef that had unmelted cheese on one side of the bread and hard bread. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

I’m not sure if it’s because I grew up in the area, but for me this is thee best JJ Fish I’ve ever been to and I’ve tried a majority of the locations in the city. While the service is usually on the slower side (at all locations), the food is always spot on and consistent every time I order. I don’t ask for the wings to be fried hard here because I feel like they’re cooked perfectly. Always call ahead!

If I could rate it less than one star, I would. I ordered off of the Uber Eats delivery app from this restaurant which I have done for the last 10 years over a hundred times. From respective job events and personal meals to family meals so on and so forth. Today when I ordered however everything went smooth up until the point in which my delivery was due to be delivered. I was handed a bag that I knew from the moment to touch my hand was not my order. I searched inside it was definitely not my order. Not only was it not my order, it was an order in which if I had even touched it, it would have killed me based off how lethally allergic I am to what was in that bag. The Uber driver refuse to communicate with me even though he knew he messed up and simply drove off. I then called the restaurant they blamed Uber although, and this is coming from a manager of 2 different restaurants, they did not mark the bag, there was no receipt provided with the customers name on it, which they possessed. And they pretty much told me they have nothing they can do I just have to accept the order that I had. Basically meaning shut up and eat the poisonous food that we gave you and call it a night all though it would have killed me, and I relayed as much to them. I ordered chicken and gizzards I got fish. I am lethally allergic to fish. The only thing restaurant cared was shifting blamed to Uber. Both the restaurant and Uber were reckless, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Both severely lacking care and concern for the customer and the product. If you value your safety and the life of those you care for as well as yourself,do not order from this restaurant. It is a death trap and they don’t care not one single second if you die in the process of eating their food or not. I spoke to two employees, both gave not a single care.

This is my go to for catfish filets and wings. I accidentally ordered regular catfish peices vs the fillets and was so happy I did, the flavor was great and they were perfectly fried and had very little bones.
This time around I also ordered the hot links and they were really good as well. This location never disappoints.

I went here many years ago and was disappointed. Today, I ordered catfish dinner, a pound of jumbo shrimp and fried mushrooms. Everything was very good. The shrimp are very large & the mushrooms were very flavorful.

This is the WORST place to get food. 20 minutes is now 43 minutes, and the woman up front said “legs and thighs take longer to cook”!!!!! These owners ha e ZERO idea of customer service and they disappear behind the wall and I saw 2 other customers come in amd leave and get zero service. PLEASE TAKE AWAY THEIR FRANCHISE!!!! This place was so bad, I am contacting the corporate headquarters. I am also calling the food inspectors. You had bugs in your bag!!!!
