The manager did not offer to show me my pizza I said so does that mean my pizza is free. He told me he is not doing that. I asked to speak to the manager. He said I am the manager and I am not doing that. I told him the policy said he was supposed to and I will be talking to the general manager.

Ordered one hand tossed medium and one medium pan pizza. Received two hand tossed.
Ordered cheese sticks, received breadsticks that looked like they exploded in the oven.
Ordered alfredo pasta, received pasta with red sauce, beef and pepperoni.
Ordered pepsi zero sugar, received regular pepsi.
My husband cant eat pork, so he couldnt eat the pasta. He is also diabetic, so he couldnt drink the soda. Every single item i ordered was wrong. Absolutely will not order from this restaurant again.

Waited multiple hours for this location to give pizza and wings to a delivery driver before giving up. Multiple calls not answered before cancelling and refunding through the delivery service. Definitely not the place to get pizza if you are hungry! Or if you want it at all…

This location is the worst one yet. The staff is rude and like to hang up on you when you try to call and complain. Worst customer service ever!!! Corporate needs to step up their game and get in this store and see for themselves the BS we all endure from this location. This is unacceptable period. They never get my order right. I am a paying customer who is outraged by this particular location. STAY AWAY from this location unless you want problems.

I accidentally went to order carryout instead of delivery I automatically call these guys like 10 times in a row and no one answered I contacted customer service they said they can’t reach them either so spent almost 40 dollars for pizza that I was not able to get and didn’t get another order sent or nothing

This place needs to be shut down. Horrible service, horrible food. The staff doesn’t know what to do. The manager yelling from the back dont let the customers be rude to you. Which in turn makes the employees rude to the customers. Everyone is frustrated. Do NOT go here unless you want to spike your blood pressure and let them take you out your character. Take your business elsewhere go to the next pizza hut on 40th. We have to stop spending our money at places like this. Maybe the owner will wake up and see a change needs to be made.

I have ordered from this location for years now and it seem the service has been declining in the past 6 months. I’ve got wrong flavors on occasions and it seems like they don’t operate with a sense of urgency anymore. There are several times now where my food takes longer than advertised.
