I had one of the worst experiences ordering from this place, and I normally don’t leave reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. I ordered a pizza with the “crazy puff,” expecting something fresh, hot, and properly made. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite. The food came undercooked, the crust was doughy and raw in the middle, and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way through. It honestly felt like they rushed it straight out of the oven without even checking if it was done.
To make things worse, when I tried to address the issue with the employees, they were not helpful at all. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, they acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting my food to be cooked properly. Their attitude came off dismissive, and it felt like customer service was the last thing they cared about.
Spending money on food should at least come with a basic standard of quality and respect, but this place missed both. I will not be ordering from here again, and I’d warn others to save their time and money by going somewhere that actually values their customers.

ordered 2 pizzas with doordash and after an hour they canceled it due to technical difficulties!

I decided to give this place another shot. disappointed and frustrated!!! 50 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas!! they said 15 minutes and when i come they had only one done and FORGOT to make the other pizza! when i finally opened the pizza box i was DISGUSTED. HORRIBLE PLACE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! everyone that comes here complains!

The customer service at this location was very poor. I asked the young lady for another pizza because as you can see this on was burned and she took it went to the back made me wait an additional 30min to give me the same pizza I returned. The wait time is awful and the customer service is worse!

Worst pizza ever and to top it off, they have taken away the option of a pepperoni. Now it went up a dollar with more pepperoni. The crust tastes different and it was cold with hard cheese..it was old. One we should be able to choose, your trying to ram people in buying old cold pizza.

When they said it’d be 40 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese….I just walked out. Hungry Howie’s got my money tonight, in 10 minutes I walked out with two pizzas. I spent $6 more, but time is money in the long run.

This poor girl at the register. Clearly under staffed. Phone never stopped ringing, customers upset and nothing she could do. Help your employees. Don’t allow online orders to say a time they clearly can’t do.
