We went through the drive through and ordered for 10.93 for two bakset of fries. We had to wait in line for 3 minutes when we got their we had to wait in the car they gave us so little fried we should have ordered a large fry instead and wouldve gotten more. $6.22 for a snack wrap and small fry. The fries were warm at best and tasted like literal plastic. They were barely edible. Saying this is a “pinch” of lettuce and cheese would be absurd. No wonder no one eats here anymore. Worst one I’ve been to and have had multiple issues with this location!

Once upon a time, they could get orders correct at this location. Now, it never fails, half the order is wrong or missing. Whatever you want, order something else. You’ll have a better chance of getting the item you actually want. I had just ordered the limited time sausage egg hot honey biscuit. Instead I got a CHICKEN McGriddle. ???????? I always try to follow up through the app, where most places will at least give you points or store credit for incorrect items. Not at McDonald’s! Automated email replies only. Go to another location lol

Almost all of the staff is kind, warm, and friendly. They work hard. And the young lady who manages in the evenings is kind and does a lot of serving work herself. I love this team.
The indoor area and outdoor area are clean. The food quality is consistent and specifically, I enjoy the coffee and coca cola (so good).

Accuracy never seems to get better. I may have forgotten to order my fry and drink but still can’t get a correct sandwich from this location. Sad because its the closest location to me. Forgot to add in that they must be out of CO2 because coke and dr pepper were flat.

Newly renovated in the Montgomery/Oswego area, it is kept clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even take your order to your table if you are dining in. The drive thru is fast enough and they almost never make mistakes. There are seats for any type of comfort you are looking for, also handicap friendly for those using a wheelchair. The restrooms are clean mostly. The only thing missing is a playground for kids, my son would live that.

The people working here are clueless about customer service. Stand at the counter for 10 mins, not greeted by anyone, no one said a word. Several of them did look right at me and a couple even came up to the counter to do something else without acknowledging me at all. Definitely avoid this location if you can.

Ordered 6c which is the snack wrap meal. Consisting of one each of ranch and spicy wrap, fries and a coke. Very tasty. Only gripe I have at this location was when while in drive thru the employee forget to give me my drink. I had to yell at the closed window. All good..cheers

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Waited in drive thru for 15min. Ordered thru mobile app for quicker service but didn’t happen. Food thrown together like garbage. Take the time to drive elsewhere!!!
