Good traditional Mexican food with one outstanding, humongous, amazing dish – Molcajete- everything in a large lava bowl- grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, onions, peppers, hunks of cheese, and ground beef in a savory broth on the bottom. Just take a look at the picture I took. Had to take home to finish for a full meal the day after. Beautifully cooked creating a feast in a lava bowl!

This is the best place! The food is amazing and the El Chavez margarita has a real kick. We have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Diego is very engaged and greets us at the bar each time. Love it!

Total hidden gem. Lived many years in CA eating some of the best Mexican food and El Paraiso is right up there IMO. The drink selection is FANTASTIC. We had the medium size spicy margarita (yeah, that a medium!!) and a top shelf Margarita, both were awesome, perfectly balanced. I got the carnitas burrito and she had the taco bowl. Carnitas were so tender and the taco bowl was great as well. The SERVICE was fantastic, although it was busy our server checked in regularly and the manager made the rounds as well. The only area for improvement would be the interior but the booth we sat in was very comfortable and inviting and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Everything was made fresh to order, that was clear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was my third time dining at this restaurant, and once again, the experience was excellent. The food is consistently amazing, full of flavor, and served fresh. The service is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
The staff is always inviting and polite, which truly enhances the dining experience. I’ve had Elsa as my server all three times, and she is consistently pleasant, attentive, and professional. Her friendly demeanor and great service keep me coming back.

This is hands down the best tasting Mexican food we’ve ever had, and the service makes it even better. We already tell our family in South Carolina that when they visit, we’re bringing them here.
Maria’s attention to detail is unmatched. always so accommodating when we ask to change parts of menu items, and she always responds with a genuine smile and is incredibly friendly.

3 of us had dinner this evening and was very pleased with our selections! Not an east matter with one Vegan, One from New Mexico and me. The skinny margaritas were awesome. Do check out this little gem conveniently located and friendly atmosphere, employees and diners. Will be back!!!

I have been to many Mexican restaurants and this place is awesome! Margarita was delicious. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Salsa was great. We had the taco dinner, fajitas, and carnitas. All tasted amazing and fresh. If you want extra sauces, ask and they will bring out 3 different types. Horchata and jimica was also delicious. The only suggestion I have is longer straws for the huge cups they serve lol also the bathrooms are slippery and my son slipped
