My pizza arrived through delivery all the cheese was sliding off & the wings taste like packaged grocery store wet wings & when you call to complain they tell you “that has nothing to do with them” 60$ down the drain make sure if you order from here you order off your card & not cash just in case it’s nasty you can dispute because they will not accommodate you

I ordered a pizza online for pickup. When I picked it up, not only was it cold, but it was also not what I ordered. I selected half ground beef and half sausage, and added red sauce and mozzarella to the whole pizza. However, the pizza I received was half ground beef and half cheese.
After opening the box and realizing the mistake, I called the store. Vuoma informed me that she could only offer $10 off because of what was printed on the receipt, even though my online order clearly showed the correct selections.
I’m really disappointed with both the order accuracy and the response I received. I’d appreciate if this could be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

I ordered the catering for 20 people and when I got home with my food I had 20 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with the owner and he was very rude. He said that his cooked said they put 30 pieces of chicken in the pan, I told him it was 20 and 30 pieces would not be enough anyway. I told him it should be 40 pieces 2 per person. He disagreed. The prices were also very small. Will never go here again. HORRIBLE SERVICE from owner!!!!!!

When I didn’t know, that my money that I had to get me through Labor Day weekend, last weekend would be taken by Uber eats when I canceled the order because I didn’t know that sausage was on there from Uber. Eats lack of information given once order was going through. I canceled with seconds of placing order and they (Uber Eats) still kept my money. Even after I called to check and see how the order been already started with Waldo Cooneys. It, in fact, had not. I explained to Uber eats, why I canceled, and that that was the only money I had to get me through the Labor Day weekend from helping my children survive in this turbulent economy. They did not care that I would’ve been starving. And they would’ve taken my $51.46 and I will have nothing but a canceled order that was paid for.
I called this establishment back and told them the situation with Uber Eats. And after a small bit of understanding, these guys actually allowed me to get my pizza and gave me more to drink than I ordered. So I promised that I would leave them a great review. And I had $10 in cash for emergencies that I gave to them for a tip. Because they didn’t have to do it. But they sure did. And I appreciate them more than they know and I always miss pizza from Chicago whenever I’m in town (Harvey native). I’m a truck driver and was stuck in Bedford Park until Tuesday. They help me survive.

I should’ve ordered straight from them have I really thought it wasn’t super hungry.
And unless an emergency, I can go without Uber services personally. So as much as I can help it, they will never get another red cent from me.

This is a classic hole in the wall type pizza joint. The pizza is of course superior to any chain pizza you measure it up against and is Chicago certified delicious. They offer other Chicago staples like Italian beef, the only thing they’re missing is gyros (yee-roas). Would recommend!

Good pizza for a To go. Place is a little hole in the wall. Drivers are nice and the cashiers are decent enough. Thicker slices of pizza. They keep the pop cool and it still tastes decent also. Not sure how any of the other food is. Looks like a seventies or eighties walk in with cars on the wall and pinball.

I have been ordering from here for years, at least twice a month. Always great food. Pizza made perfectly. UNTIL recently. The pizza is terrible now. I don’t know if they changed cooks or are skimping on purpose, but it is just not the best quality/cook on the pizza lately. The last 4 times I have ordered there is a lack of cheese. The ends only have sauce, no cheese. The cheese is lacking on the entire pizza. Usually you see a pizza and you admire the cheese. Now I see more sauce then cheese on the pizza. This makes me sad because I really did love their pizza. They were my go-to every time. I will be looking for a new pizza place if this continues to happen.

I order delivery from this location. This place do not seal pizza box. How do we know if it was open by delivery driver. Please seal order. I wouldn’t order from this location again due to this reason. Receive order in a nice amount of time but didn’t eat food due to pizza being unorganized inside of box and box was not sealed closed.
