These are my guys they always take care of me. The manager is wonderful and they will help you resolve any issue. You have just ask for a manager. They work hard here and try to stay on top of things. Please be respectful to fast food employees

Talk to your night manager. He always wants to argue over coupons. I had a two piece milk coupon that does not specify dark meat. Only it is just a picture of a leg and a thigh and nowhere in the fine print. Does it say dark me only. Every other Popeyes, I go to has no problem understanding that it’s just him that nitpicks. I came back because my order was wrong and then he said he had to charge me more for white meat, which is not true. I told him my side was also wrong and I asked for mashed potatoes and not french fries . He was so busy arguing me down about a less than two dollar up charge that he did not even give me my correct side and I look at my box when I get home after coming back a second time from Popeyes and I still have fries. He should be more worried about making sure people’s orders are correct then arguing over a dollar and some change.

I sent Popeyes website a complaint that my chicken was raw and fries were hard and overcooked. I sent them pictures of the raw chicken and also a copy of the receipt which shows that I spent $40.40 on the order. A representative named Jessica emailed me back offering me a $15 coupon. Completely unacceptable. I would like someone from management to contact me ASAP. I was trying to give Popeyes the opportunity to make things right BEFORE going online, but it has come to this. Mind you, it was not a “my word against your word” type of thing. I have provided proof via pictures in the email to Jessica and I will provide the same pictures here. I need someone from management to contact me ASAP.

This is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time Popeyes give wrong orders. I ordered a fish sandwich, the bag is marked FISH but it’s a chicken in there. I don’t eat meat well chicken. Just SEAFOOD!!!!! And they refuse to answer the phone. 12 calls still no answer — DO BETTER!!!!!!!

So my first time purchasing at this location and it’s wilding. We purchased brunch items and OMG all were very salted, worst experienced ever, we had to throw away the Sandwich, 1 Lg fries and 3 tenders because of the amount of sodium that it had.

Disgusting!! Food was not fresh and undercooked. Wasted of money smh. Service was terrible. I placed an order on the app and still waited a long time. Food made my stomach hurt. Fries smelled weird. Shut this place down it’s a health hazard.

The manager ( little Hispanic man) is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, They gave me the wrong change! Shorted me $20… when I asked for the rest of my money. He accused me of lying, called me all kind of names and slammed the door in my face!
The workers are horrible. They do not speak English nor can they count money.
