I was extremely nervous when I pulled up. The thoughts of my order being wrong, fear of me spending a long time waiting… etc. I not only got my food in a few minutes but let me tell you. The Ultimate Cheeseburger was so hot and juicy before I knew it, it was gone. The perfectly seasoned fries tasted like they came fresh out of the fryer. Fresh grease no weird taste. I ordered mini tacos for later but before I knew it, they were gone also. This location was definitely on their A game. Staff was friendly. My only regret was not ordering more food. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a delicious dinner.

Order was wrong !!! They forgot they told me sit out front. Something that looked like spit with green mucus in it at the bottom of the bag we just asked for or money back I’ll never go back to this jack in the box . They probably still in there arguing with each other talking about it’s so fault I’m about to get a write up. Omg I hope that wasn’t really spit i put my hand on . Smh disgusting never again. Looks like bad service here goes back years. Corporate told me they would make it right. But that’s a bunch of BS . It’s a automated system to contact. Man I really can’t believe someone spit in my food . By the conversation and look on that boy face that knight i saw right then he knew his co worker did that . So nasty and looks like stuff like this has been going on for years from the comments and reviews

Line was incredibly LONG and SLOW. The worst part is they charged me EXTRA for pickles on a Burger, who does that. And on the top of that, the order was incorrect. I was charged for a large meal and received a small meal. When I reached back out to have it corrected, I contacted them 6 times with no call back or follow up on their behalf. I was very disappointed.

i have ordered Doordash /Uber eats 6 times already, i never come here to write a review . but today i did get soo upset. i ordered 20 tacos and they only put 2 sauces really ??? like really jack ? whats a taco without the sauce.

I have been coming to this Jack In The Box location for over 6 years and this was the first time I’ve encountered a very professional young man through the drive-thru. He sound professional and his demeanor expressed patience. All employees at every location and surrounding fast food facilities should be mentored by such professionalism and respect. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!! I really don’t even eat fast food. I read the reviews. And what did I still do like a jerk. I said eh they may have corrected the issues. As I type this from my toilet bowl I’ve spent the night on. But you’re smarter than me right? Yes you are. As in the other reviews it also looked as if someone had spit in my food . But I tried to rationalize that I hadn’t had any problems with them.

This location always undercooks their tacos(they don’t crunch) & leave full of grease, so I always ask for them to be well done or extra crispy. No matter how many times you ask for your tacos to be well done or extra crispy at this location, they never do it!

Do not and I repeat, do not come to this Jack in The Box after 7pm the service is horrible and the staff are always in bad moods and it seems as though they don’t care about anything at all plus, it takes about 30min just to get out of the drive thru. But on the other hand, The service in the morning and in the afternoon like between 8am – 7pm the service is great, Ms Simone and the day staff are awesome and the food is always hot.
Update!!!! As of Thursday May 18, I just drove to Jack in the Box at around 11:40pm and the manager just told me, “we can’t serve anything at the moment because, our cook quit” um what!? This Jack in the Box is unbelievable and the entire night staff should be cleaned out and corporate should start hiring the correct people that’s worthy enough to come in at work or just simply close the place down entirely. I really hope the new Jack in the Box that’s being built near Sienna doesn’t have the same problem.
