I ordered the salmon to-go from Roadhouse and it was a huge letdown. For $15, I expected a decent, restaurant-quality portion. Instead, I got a tiny piece of salmon that looked more like a sample than a meal. It was so small that I honestly thought they forgot the rest of my order.
Not only was the portion disappointing, but the salmon itself was dry, overcooked, and lacking flavor. The sides were cold and didn’t feel fresh at all. For what they charge, this was absolutely not worth the money. If you’re thinking about ordering the salmon here, save your $15 — the portion size alone is enough to make you regret it.

Bella was a great server for us, she was very nice and accommodating. She even recommended an Italian seasoning on the caesar salad which was very good. Overall great experience getting her as your server if you stop by this roadhouse!

Kooper was an amazing server. He came and checked on us several times, while also engaging with the customers. Our drinks were never empty, and he gave us some great recommendations on what to get. Marissa at the front was also very kind, and talked to us as she walked us to our table. I would go back to Texas Roadhouse and ask for the same server any time. It was overall a great experience and I would highly recommend going to Texas Roadhouse and getting Kooper as your server.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn’t too busy. Bobby was our server and was very friendly and helpful. My partner ordered the ribeye and I had the pulled pork sandwich. The ribeye was ordered medium rare but came out extremely rare. It had to be sent back to be cooked a little longer. The pulled pork sandwich was hot and tasty. Overall, a good experience and we will definitely be back next time we’re in Waco.

Truthfully this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. This was our first time at this location. The place was a “steady busy”, however it seemed so cramped. It was hard to get around tables and chairs to get to our booth. Service was the SLOWEST it’s ever been. Waitress was monotonous and seemed out of it. Food was warm. Ordered a rare steak and it was overdone. Just dealt with it because of how long it took her to even come check on us.

We ordered a family meal online. We ordered steaks. They were cooked correctly, however were cold. The sides were hot, but were not filled; half the way at best. The entire reason we ordered was for the famous rolls and butter! The entire box of family rolls were burnt! I mean seriously whoever packed them knew better! To the trash they went! So disappointing!

Over done rolls, We ordered prime rib which was very thin , tough, and flavorless. This was sent back .Manager came by to ask us how everything was so we told him , He then starts saying recipe was changed on that and other dishes . Our next prime rib was brought out it looked better but was still flavorless and tough. We took the meat home to give to our dog . Very disappointed in the Texas Roadhouse.

Our waitress Denise was phenomenal! We ordered steaks, seamed as if they weren’t as seasoned as I’d liked them but I’m use to eating Outback’s heavily seasoned steaks.. Overall, her service made up for everything else! Will return!
