Had such a a great experience here. The waiter was so sweet and attentive. Was very accommodating for our vegan needs. Food was delicious. I got a veggie taco dinner and hubs got a bean burrito. Neither were on the menu but were created for us. The strawberry margarita was very yummy.

Its a great local spot. We go there for tacos on some Tuesday during lunchtime. The service was good, except the waitress kept forgetting our guacamole and some sides. She remembered and apologized and didnt charge us. But again she was busy. Food is great.

Finally found the most authentic Mexican food in Lake Villa! My go to dish is the pico de gallo talapia The tacos are sooo tasty too! And the biscuits and gravy are excellent! This place is under new ownership and is now called El Charro Demex Villa. We went for taco Tuesday and enjoyed Mexican style chorizo tacos. They didn’t skimp on the meat, and all 3 sauces offered on the table were excellent. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Ever since my first time at El Paso I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff has always been helpful and the food delicious. This has to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever had the opportunity to eat at. Would highly recommend trying their chicken quesadilla but that’s just one of their many great dishes. Everyone should try eating at El Paso.
Even if your not into Mexican they also serve fish, burgers, and sandwiches so there’s options for everyone.

I had the tacos and fajitas. The food was excellent and spot on. The el pastor tacos were the best. I was not able to see in the kitchen but if they didn’t get cut off the spit, they perfected the taste.

A hidden gem in Lake Villa. Everything is very authentic and the food is prepared with care. I’ve felt extremely welcome both times coming in now. The atmosphere is comfortable without catering to people scared of a little culture. The red hot salsa is a great addition to spice up your food. The Victoria is fresh. I love this place!
