I’d give less than one star if I could. Sign at front advises to wait to be seated. At least 3 people saw us waiting; NO one even acknowledged us much less asked to seat us. Once the hostess or manager came up, we were advised the computers were down but they were working on it. Was advised no orders could be taken until they came up. In the meantime, we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to offer something to drink. We placed our order for drinks and food. Another 5 minutes went by before the drinks came. Now, I’d totally understand a delay if this place was swamped but it was NOT! And whatever happened to a ticket written for the chef? He came from the back and was on his cell phone! The food was abominable! The salad was oversized and the chunks of iceberg were hardly edible. My baked potato was so cold, the butter wouldn’t melt. My steak was ordered medium…it was so rare I thought it would ‘moo” when I cut into it. The mixed vegetables were ice cold ….we were then advised we would have to pay with cash since the computers were down. I asked if they could charge it to our room. She snapped that the computers were down and they could not. Thankfully we had cash. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE TILL THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT!

Dec 26th, three Wise Folk, in 70s with Diabetes want to eat. And me. Sat near Christmas tree, BAD MOVE, Sat as wait staff gathered in corner to look out over 95% empty room, while sipping drink, we wish we had. Even waved at them. Them another couple and another couple enter, lunch time and all. We order and wait, then those entering after start getting food, we still sitting…..omg sitting near the Devil Tree Decorated in Xmas fashion, BAD MOVE….
THANKS FIR RUINING THAT EXPERIENCE, parents 55th Anniversary, never to get thata monument back, oh they survived the diabetic shook your lack of Customer Decency gave out, How Much was that? I’d like to pay you for that.

Service was good. The wait staff were pleasant. Food was not. My husband and I both were sick soon after eating.
