I usually come to this location instead of bitters due to the convenience of it being open until 11.

I’m not going to lie, every time I come here around this time it seems like they’re rationing food portions. The employees are slow-ish compared to the employees working the lunch hour.

Im done coming here after the gym for dinner, I’ll just go to heb and get a meal simple. It’s not worth waiting in line when you don’t even get a full portion of meat compared to other locations, and the service being mediocre at best.

There’s barely 10% of meat in this bowl, maybe even less.

I visited the Chipotle on US-281 N near TPC Parkway in San Antonio, Texas for a dine-in experience on Tuesday at approximately 3:50 PM, and the dining area appeared neglected.

The beverage fountain area was in disarray—the floor was soaked with spilled drinks, and the Agua Fresca machine appeared to be overflowing, creating a clear slip hazard. The counter area around the drink station was also saturated with spilled beverages. The cashier was the only person I observed trying to manage the situation, stepping away periodically to mop while also running the register, as customers continued walking through the wet area.

In addition, roughly 75% of the inside dining tables were dirty, and I did not see anyone assigned to clean or maintain the dining room. Overall, the staff appeared either overextended or disengaged, and there was no visible urgency to address cleanliness, safety, or the customer experience. No one acknowledged the mess or offered an apology.

My biggest concern is safety and sanitation. If basic cleanliness and upkeep aren’t addressed—especially during mid-afternoon hours—I can’t imagine how the location manages during peak times. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return unless there is a clear improvement in dining room maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Made an online order at 2pm for 2:40pm today. Besides not getting my side of sour cream (i got my other sides tho guac and queso blanco), WHOEVER made my bowl made it so damn good. It was filled with all my favorites and you definitely need a raise lol. Ty

I’m going to be 100% honest the cooks where on point with the chicken my bowl was absolutely delicious; only issue I had was that the brown rice was a tat bit overcooked and I didn’t like it other than that food was good. Where do I start with the customer service… the guy who served our food was nice and chill but the guy adding the toppings was absolutely rude to all the customers even cussed at a customer right in front of his face I don’t know why this is even acceptable; the cashier was chill I understand that she was tired but she works fast food and she has to make sure to always have a good attitude towards the customers no matter what because we are right so basically what I’m trying to say was that when I asked for a water cup she gave me a dirty look. The atmosphere was not the greatest because everything was dirty and it was busy tonight but there where employees literally in the back standing around talking about who knows what when they could be cleaning these dirty tables and they could’ve been refilling the utensils but they didn’t have a care in the world about the restaurant and only cared about their conversations, I’d rate my experience tonight a 6.7/10 you should speak to your closing crew that worked the night of 3/5/26

Way too expensive for what you get. Food was good but for the price we could have gone to a restaurant, been waited on and had unlimited chips and salsa. The mild “salsa” was actually pico de gillo, not salsa. The floor was not clean and we got there 20 minutes after they opened.

Every time I go the workers are stressed because they are out of or waiting on chicken, salsas, beans, etc. like once or twice is understandable…but EVERY SINGLE TIME is insane. I don’t understand how y’all don’t prepare ahead of time for the rushes and realize what you normally sell. This location is on my way so I’ve been a lot and every time I regret my decision and leave annoyed.

Visited this location for the first time.
Wasn’t very busy.
Store was clean.
However, it almost seemed like they weren’t ready for the dinner rush. I was there around 445pm and they were already running out of white rice and steak.
The manager was doing his best to get things moving but the employees were moving slow and would throw their hands up when he told them to do something.
Hopefully they get some better employees soon.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Last night I went to grab a bite to eat and there were 4 workers at the time. In the 10 minutes I stood in line I literally saw 1 out of the 4 doing most of the work. The other 3 employees were more concerned with charging a cell phone rather than take care of customers. My favorite was the girl who decided her “job” was to hand the cashier the already completed order. On top of this I have had issues with the same employee who audibly made it aware to everyone that she is “happy to be lazy” and gives customers dirty looks if they ask for a simple request. I don’t see how any of these kids have a job. I hope management reads this and discusses who worked on 12/13/25 closing shifts they are terrible employees.

I’ve been to this particular chipotle three times, all for takeaway. I order in the app, and my food is never ready on time. It took 50 minutes from time of ordering, and 30 minutes past time of pick up to get my food. All I ordered was two bowls and a kids meal. Many people were in a similar boat. Meanwhile, people who walk in and order are getting in and out faster than people with advanced ordering are. And this particular time I did not get my double meat. I’ll never go to this location again.
