Took a minute to get order straight, placed order, walked to get the drinks and order was already out! no one let us know and burgers were cold even the meat like they had been sitting there. Why all for a name of you don’t use it to let customer know order is ready.

I had a bad experience today. Lady at the register was shaking her head while charging me an additional combo and was acting deaf like she couldn’t hear me, I even heard her say she was so annoyed! Very unprofessional, this could’ve easily have turned into my favorite Wendys and it’s becoming the worst Wendys I have been at real quick!! The burgers also weren’t made how I asked and no condiments for my potatoes were in the bag!! They don’t even have a store number to call to talk to manager or anything!! Had to call Dixieland Store to make a complaint! They didn’t even give me a receipt!! Everything is so wrong in that store!!

My experience there is great. Slow line because they have new workers, it’s a new place. So they took their time. I’m not complaining, it’s just great to see that the business is still thriving!
