The picture below was two items. That was 34$, they have a small sign at the window that tells you the drive thru menu prices have been raised. Could have had that sign when ordering. From prior reviews it seems like they are just too lazy to change the prices, it’s not rocket science to take an entire month. Also about authenticity and food quality. I am the whitest dude ever and I could make better guacamole than this place when I was a child. Will not come back.

We love Betos Tacos!! Its family owned and operated. My family loves them! Order anything on the menu. You won’t be disappointed. Homemade food in a restaurant.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had and way overpriced Compared to local competitors there was no meat and the price was marked on the drive-through menu. It said $10.50 when it was $13.50 And the local competitor Is $8.99 and it actually had meat in it for $8.99 and For $13.50 there was literally no meat. I even ordered a churro and it was cold inside for $3.75. Also, the service was terrible and wasted my valuable time.

wonderful authentic food. Hortensia and her husband take great pride in their small business and their work this is astounding . the chicken on the crunchy tacos is delicious, seasoned perfectly. the beans and rice are yummy and I had a perfect enchilada crammed with meat. the enchilada sauce was do much better than mine. give this place a try, they are a mighty family business and we don’t have many of those left. support local business – and have a great meal . they cater, too – just tell them what you need .

Although it’s a chain it is definitely quality, at least the ones I’ve been to..
Prices have gone up everywhere but at least the portions remain the same, the enchilada sauce is good. Good atmosphere in the staff is friendly, and the last time we pulled up the doors were locked but she opened the doors back up so we can eat inside.. thank you thank you

The lady at the window tried to charge us $19 for a shrimp quesadilla. She was rude when we complained because the menu prices don’t reflect what she was charging. It might be a SCAM. Then we asked for a refund she wouldn’t give us because the food was already made. Bad service and overpriced. They are super slow as well. 10/10 would not recommend! Horrible customer experience.

This is the 2nd Beto’s I’ve tried. The other was El Camino and Howe Ave. The food was awesome there, so I wanted to see if this one was similar. IT WAS! I got the food to go. Soon as I opened the bag chips were on top. They were light, crispy, lightly salted and warm. Oh my. These chips were rhe best. I ordered a Chimichanga. It was huge! I cut it open and it was stuffed, I do mean stuffed with meat. I tried my rice and refried bean, which I usually don’t care for cause it’s bland. Beto’s put extra emphasis on making it tasty. The Citrus Heights Beto’s added cheese and pico de Gallo in the rice. OMG was that ever the best. Make sure you ask for cheese & pico in your rice. I certainly will when I go back. Then my Chimi. It was crispy, full of meat. So much meat, I was able to put some of those very tasty chips. It is wonderful to have a Mexican restaurant in The Citrus Heights & Antelope area that is as good as what I experienced at Citrus Heights Beto’s. There are several places to eat on that stretch of Auburn Blvd. Beto’s is a place you must stop at and try some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The inside is open with plenty of seating. Beer is available which will go great with some of that great food. The authenticity is there and I’m giving Beto’s two thumbs up! Try it later today!

Bought 2 Al Pastor Tacos. Food was pretty damn good just wish it was more flavor full. Limes are super dry. Also the presentation of the drive in is pretty gross need to be cleaned up especially the drive thru window. Clean it up, it’s very dirty on the outside looking!

I’ve been driving by this place for years now and wanted to give them a shot. Sadly it was underwhelming. The service was good but I can’t say the same for the tacos. Especially for the price.
