We had such a fantastic time at Eve’s Sushi and Hibachi! From the moment we walked in, the service was truly amazing, warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The ambiance was relaxing and welcoming, with a clean, stylish interior that set the perfect mood for dinner.
We ordered a variety of dishes and were not disappointed. The rainbow rolls were fresh and flavorful, beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. We also tried several hibachi entrées. The steak hibachi, salmon hibachi, and vegetable hibachi and each one was cooked to perfection. The meats were tender and juicy, the vegetables crisp and well-seasoned, and the portions were generous.
One of the highlights of our experience was the manager, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also went out of his way to ensure that our group’s dietary restrictions were fully respected. It’s rare to find a place that takes that level of care and attention to detail, and we deeply appreciated it.
Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, hibachi, or both, Eve’s Sushi and Hibachi is a wonderful choice. We’ll definitely be back!

We drove 25 minutes to try this place for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Easily a 5-star experience. We’ll definitely be back. We also grabbed a dessert to go—the tempura cheesecake. We haven’t tried it yet, but we’ll be updating with a picture and review soon.

I genuinely have no idea how this establishment is still in operation. The lack of basic hygiene is staggering. To start, there is feces oozing out from under the toilet, a clear sign of a major plumbing and sanitation failure.
While the floors might get a superficial sweep, food item looks old and crusty under the tables. The soy sauce bottles have hardened rings of grime underneath them that look months old, and the soda machine is being “maintained” by a filthy, bacteria-laden rag.
This is a place that serves RAW FOOD, yet they clearly can’t handle basic cleanliness in the dining area. If this is what they show the public, I can only imagine the nightmare happening inside the kitchen.
Avoid at all costs.

have been to Eve’s Sushi and Hibachi multiple times, and it has consistently been one of my favorite spots for sushi and hibachi. No matter when I go, the experience is always great, which is why I keep coming back. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a good place for both casual dinners and special outings.
Food wise, I honestly cannot go wrong here. I usually order either the Home Depot roll or the filet hibachi, and both are always cooked perfectly. The flavors are consistent, the portions are filling, and everything tastes fresh. My absolute favorite item though is the shrimp shumai. I always ask for it deep fried instead of steamed, and paired with the sweet chili sauce it is incredible. It is easily one of the best appetizers I have had anywhere and something I genuinely look forward to each visit.
Another big plus is the wait time. Even during busier hours, waits are minimal and seating moves quickly. The staff is also wonderful. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
Overall, Eve’s Sushi and Hibachi is a reliable, delicious spot that never disappoints, and I highly recommend it.
