The young lady taking our order was more worried about talking to guy while she asked us our order, was ordinary and guy walked up and in the middle of me telling her my order she just started a conversation with I guess her boyfriend and said to me one minute please I have to tell him something after finally getting to order my sausage croissant and what coffee I ordered I ended I up getting nothing I ordered my order was not even close to what I ordered and my wife’s was the same worst customer service I have ever experienced and the being told to wait so she could talk to her boyfriend in the middle of my order is something that I’ve never experienced in any type of restaurant or anywhere in fact. They need to be taught customer service in a big way place sucked

Placed a bulk order of boxed hot cocoa on 1/28/2026 right after the snow and returned after 1.5hours to pick up my order (worth $468) and was told they are out of boxes and surprisingly couldn’t call me to inform me so I won’t disappoint my team…….. This is VERY BAD service from this location. I don’t recommend at all.

5 stars (nice CSRs). Clean store (although the health dept. gave them a lower score last visit) and a”tightly -ran ship”. The line could be out to the city roads and they MOVE them through! Come inside and enjoy what I call 70s decor, but no matter how you look at it, a comfortable drink station!

I guess Dunkin cakes more about coffee these days than donuts. They’re always out of a lot of flavors, even when they’ve only been open an hour. There’s a tray and a half of pumpkin donuts though. Basically if ya want coffee Dunkin is great, if ya want anything else don’t bother!! Dunkin is a coffee house now

Super bad, I always order my Hot Chocolate and today I ordered it and it looked like sock water, the taste, the smell and the color very very bad, I didn’t enjoy my coffee at all, what’s more, I realized until I got home they didn’t even feel like going to return it

Their coffee is good. The donuts are good and the service is okay. Only complaint would be that DT runs slow. Makes it hard to get my coffee fix in the mornings before work.

This was a good stop at 6am for coffee, a bagel and a donut. I don’t order on the app any more because DD has removed the “add ice” option from the coffee customization menu. So now I have to go inside to ask them to put a few cubes in there so the coffee doesn’t start off “McDonald’s hot” and I can start drinking immediately.
With that done, we’re on the way. The bagel was not toasted enough but the donut was perfectly fresh.
They have a drive through and the dining room is clean. The men’s room is also in good condition.
