Took a ride to Duxbury to check out Bongis for lunch. I got the turkey sandwich on white with cranberry mayo and stuffing. It didnt disappoint. Even though it was pre-made, it was as fresh as could be with nice fresh soft bread and delicious thin sliced turkey. The chicken salad looked good, so I took some home for dinner and that was very good as well. There’s no place to eat inside but there are picnic tables outside.Whether permitting of course. They also have freezers, full of turkey and chicken pies, and lots of other goodies.

This family-owned business, originally started by the Bongiorno family (shortened to ‘Bongi’s’ back then—a true reflection of the times, especially given our vibrant Italian-American community now!), has been a pillar of comfort for my family for decades.
My connection to Bongi’s is deeply personal: when my mom and dad passed away suddenly, a thoughtful friend sent us their complete turkey dinners on both difficult occasions. That act of kindness, delivered via Bongi’s, is something we will never forget. To this day, we regularly rely on them for quality meals ourselves and for sending sustenance to others who are grieving or in need.
I was recently amazed by the sheer variety of their frozen pot pies (both turkey and chicken!). They offer every combination imaginable: white meat, mixed meat, with or without veggies. I was inspired to stock up and try a few! You can also count on them for high-quality sides, especially the gravy.
The food is consistently exceptional, and the staff is wonderful. Bongi’s is an absolute must-visit local landmark.

The best place to go for thanksgiving needs! Was incredibly busy, but line moved along quite quickly. Little but pricey but worth it for any items you want to get premade to save time or in my case premade gravy because I always butcher it!! Staff is also very friendly and helpful

I got a scrumptious turkey gobbler sandwich from here. This was my first turkey sandwich. The sandwich was easy to eat, turkey meat was not dry, and cranberry sauce was fresh. By the way, the cornbread was good. I was satisfied with my dinner.

This is not a restaurant but a great option for takeout. Delicious food, excellent portions and if you’re into supporting small businesses, these guys fit the bill.
During Thanksgiving and Christmas time they offer prepared dinners that can serve both small and very large families.
I have been going here 30 plus years and have nothing but really great things to say about it.

Bongis makes excellent gravy, Excellent Turkey, and Bomb fried chicken. The frozen section is pretty big.

Walked in and was craving a fried chicken bowl. There wasn’t any so I asked if they had anymore coming. She kindly made me one, and was real quick about it. Been going to Bongis on Saturday lately as a nice treat. Staff of very friendly and helpful. Great prices and even better food!
