Update what the hell are you serving the chicken is so over cooked you cant bite in it. The bun was hard as well. Im calling in the health dept for this. YOU CANT SERVE CHICKEN THATS BEEN SITTING FOREVER. Where’s the beef? Some people might not remember that saying but I’m old enough to remember that I thought I would at Burger King how bad could it be? Well it can be bad first of all the price on the menu it’s not the price you’re going to pay you might end up paying a different price for the small. I bought a number one and on the thing out there in the Drive-Thru I swear it’s $9 and some cents but then they charge you $10.39 my whole meal cost me $11.29. I thought this better be a very good meal because the price of it gosh I could get that at Red Robin for that price. So I bring it home I pull it out of the bag and find out the french fries aren’t even cooked all the way. I then look at the burger and said where’s the beef because you cannot tell me that this is a Whopper Patty. It was so small you could have made a junior Whopper out of it. They put extra tomato on it maybe that’s what they thought I needed I have no tomato. I give it one star because the lady at the window was really nice besides forgetting to give me my drink.

I used to hate Burger King. I really did. I would go to Jack in the Box or anywhere else, except McDonald’s because I hate McDonald’s. Years passed and I started hearing good things about Burger King. I started going to BK again around the time they released the Bacon King. I have to say, they won me back after I tried the Bacon King. The biggest & juiciest burger a fast food chain has to offer has to be the Bacon King. Now I eat at Burger King anytime i want a burger. The deals are awesome. Make sure you get the app because the deals are amazing. The large order in the second picture was only $15!!! It fed my whole family! Go to Burger King and you will not regret it. The food is always tasty!

We had a coupon and lunch for 2 for less than $15 is an excellent deal! (With added cheese and taxes it was $17.53 still a great deal) The holiday Coke flavor was fantastic!!

Literally found a hair strand in my fries after I’ve already eaten most of it. Showed the manager and all he does is just toss it, gives me a new one, and send me on my way. I understand there isn’t much else to do in this situation but atleast say sorry or something. Offer refunds IDK. It just felt like he was indifferent to my issue

Not clean. Everywhere were signs of poorly maintained furniture and dirt/grime. Each chair had layers of grime so it’s an ongoing issue.

Everything was fine up to the moment I asked for ketchup to be put in my food bag in drive through, mind you I was being respectful the entire time so I don’t see why the girl working at drive through responded with “ next time make sure to ask for it at the speaker when ordering”. So first of all SHE should had done her job and asked me at the speaker drive through if I needed any but she completely cut me off instead rushing me out of there ! Second since when is it a problem to ask for KETCHUP at a drive through window ? It’s not my first time at this location having issues with the workers at the drive through window like really why work customer service if your gonna just have a stinky attitude and ruin peoples days ?

The play area at this location is huge. My kids loved it. However, on our visit, the play room had over half of the lights on the ceiling either burnt out or off. The kids still had a good time, but it was not well lit in there and was kind of creepy. I would think that it would also be a safety issue.

Had a really bad experience today. The people who took my order did it in such a bad manner. When I was ordering the person who was taking my order was doing faces just because I was helping out my mom order since she doesn’t know English. When we were waiting for our order they didn’t even call out our orders name so we waited and when we asked they did not even try to help. When we asked for ketchup they didn’t even looked at us. It just made us feel like as customers we deserved better because that’s the minimum they can do in their job.
