The cheeseburgers were absolutely the worst unflavored frozen hockey pucks and even 4 bites was 4 bites too many. This burger isn’t good at any price so $8.40? Outrageous, never again. How about buy fresh ground beef because calling this a cheeseburger is questionable at best. My daughter’s pizza was great and
the service was excellent.

Decent takeout pizza, was ready on time. The crust was a little tough/stale but the toppings were good.

Great staff and food!! Must try the steak bomb! Never a long wait. Easy to order online, call order in or dine in person! Highly recommend for pizza and subs!

We brought our three daughters to lunch, our youngest is nonverbal and has autism and doesn’t like to stay seated even though we try. We selected a table in the corner and try really hard to keep her at the table but she kept getting up. Luckily there was almost no other customers, and the manager was being extremely kind to our family and her. We very much appreciated the extra mile in service and they really made the food amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food very much. We had a Pastrami sub, steak and cheese, chicken tenders and fries, baklava and chicken teriyaki sub.. everything was amazing but mine wasn’t made correctly so they offered us a small pizza to make up for it. They went above and beyond and we’re so courteous and kind. We definitely will be bringing our family back.

Not as popular as other restaurants in town. Quiet out of the way place to buy pizza in Ellsworth. The cheese and meat lovers were fine NY style pizzas. Clean, showing some age. Tip jar at the registar so you don’t feel pressured to tip. We were there on a Saturday afternoon in December, and it was quiet.

Not from the area so we stopped in on a whim to grab a quick bite. The guy at the counter had clearly had a long day but he was still very nice and got us taken care of quickly. Our group really liked the cheese pizza, hit the spot!

Angelo’s was recommended to me by a local when I asked about a good steak and cheese.
Stopped in and had a chance to chat with the owner George while I waited. Super nice guy and enjoyed passing the time with him.
The sub was delicious and very much a good value.
I’ll try the pizza before leaving the area.

By far best pizza! Chicken Bacon Ranch!
Just got into town after very long day and not this hot the spot. Really very fast for ordering and waiting for pizza – 20 min max. It looks like they do a big take out business! The crust was thin but supportive, sauce and cheese good coverage. The meats were absolutely piled!

Walked in and Ordered a pizza and chicken tender basket. 30 minutes later they apologized and asked what I had Ordered while we had been waiting and anticipating food any moment. The food then came out at random times as a rush order. Food was good, pizza slightly undercooked because they rushed it. I would go again and hope for a better experience. Definitely saw a lot of regulars which tells me there’s a reason it’s busy.

We had decided to try the place a few blocks away but they had stopped serving, so we tried Angelo’s. What a happy accident! We got the Greek pizza and it was delicious. The wings were also outstanding. My girlfriend note that the dough mixer in the back was a good sign, and the crust was perfect. We now have a go-to spot in Ellsworth for pizza.
