Essentially they make a pizza for someone in person then online then in person etc. so there were literally 7 pizzas in line in front of us. When it was finally our turn they allowed another customer to cut in line in front of us because they lost his order. It would be have been tolerable except after that person they put three more pizzas from online orders in front of us again. When it was finally our turn we told them we wanted the 2 for 20 deal and order one 11inch thin and one 7 inch. It wasn’t until the very end after all the pizzas were assembled that they told us the 7 inch didn’t qualify for the discount. Not at the beginning when they had every opportunity to clarify. We wanted to be considerate of the people behind us and didn’t reorder but this was the worst experience of so many things going wrong. I am livid. Imagine there were only two people in front of you I. Line but you waited a good half hour+ to even order your pizza.

I had a great experience at Pieology thanks to our server, Ashley. She was very friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. She helped us with our order and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service and we really appreciated her help!

So we decided to try this pizza place since we’ve never been here. You can choose from a super thin (tortilla) crust or a thicker one. We got the thicker crust and you can get as many toppings as you want so we got half vegetables and the other half chicken. We also made our own salad. We liked that they have cucumber drink as well as others but a bit too sweet for my taste. The wait time was not long at all and the pizza tasted great. What we did enjoy was not feeling stuffed after eating. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The cashier even allowed me to pay for some cookies before we left instead of waiting in line.

It is everything you would expect from a fast-food pizza chain, but with higher quality. Also, the prices are better than those of other fast-casual pizza chains. It is a 4.5 in my book.

I had a really bad experience here for lunch. I stopped in to get a pizza on my way to South Orange County, but I was in line for over 20 minutes (just me). The pizza was a little burnt on the edges, and it took another 10 minutes to get it to me. I guess I arrived late, but there were three people from Peology.

i usually love coming to this location, but staff closing on 2/05 made our experience pretty bad. person making our pizzas was just throwing toppings on the pizza, some toppings only on one side of the pizza. pizza was undercooked too, and had to cook it more when we got home i understand having bad days or being frustrated at work but it’s rlly not that serious bro

I’m cutting a little slack for this review because it sounded like they had a lot of new hires tonight.
Could have been a busy night, but when we entered, we didn’t get a friendly hello. Not only that, but the speed they we’re working on orders was a bit slow.
After we returned home and ate our pizza’s. It was nothing less than your average pizza, although I wouldn’t recommend the Calzone, as much.
Personal Addendum : Bring back Deep Dish for a weekend special.

I love their cauliflower crust but most of all I love my own unique pizza creations. The staff are always very, very patient, friendly and helpful. Patience is important since I get a pizza with just about everything on it. No matter how many items I choose they always make it exactly as I wish and it is wonderfully delicious.

Great 10″ gluten free pizza. Half Hawaiian for me and half veggie for her. Pizza crust is gluten free and premade. Separate sauce and oil to prevent cross contamination.

So so food. Felt like corner-cutting operations.
It’s been a couple years since I ate at the Cerritos location which was a good experience. The pizzas felt truly custom made to order and there was a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. The atmosphere felt fun fast casual.
This location was disappointing.
The menu was confusing. There was a value meal section which didn’t jive with the fast casual category I thought Pieology was striving for.
The number of ingredients felt limited. There is a craft your own salad alternative to pizza which one should skip altogether. It’s too small for a satisfying meal compared to the pizza. I had a bad feeling as I watched the server painstakingly add the toppings to my salad, as if he was counting every mushroom and red pepper pieces. I thought they must have been trained to be very sparing.
The biggest disappointment was the raspberry “vinaigrette”. It looked like candy syrup or cough syrup, not a vinaigrette. It ruined my salad. They really should stop serving this immediately.
The pizza was ok. The best thing about it was the fresh crust.
I am shy about trying new eateries because I am afraid of bad experiences. They are more memorable than good ones. I’m going to remember this for a while.
