The owner should take time and walk around the property and look at how nasty it is. It will not take much effort to clean up, especially around the drive-through area. I come in today at 8:30 AM and purchased a steak biscuit combo. The hashbrowns was cold and soggy the biscuit was Cold and the steak patty was rubbery and cold
Instead of calling to complain, I fed it to the ducks myself or my landscaping company will Not be stopping at this location also, you need to take a little bit of pride in your appearance. If you’re going to work the window your hygiene level should Be pretty Good

Literally gave me a gravy biscuit in one bag with a biscuit and hash rounds stuffed so full it busted not only from being stuffed so full but also the gravy just poured out into the bag and then the hash rounds fell out so when I try to salvage the extra biscuit I open it and the egg they put on it looks moldy and dehydrated. Not to mention they made me wait on this. But when I called I was told it was an honest mistake…I don’t think it was an honest mistake for them to put that nasty egg on there. I also want to add when I went back to get my refund they were literally talking trash about the person that ordered the monster biscuit as if they didn’t understand what was wrong and the girl in the kitchen wanted to go me and attitude when I said I was there for my refund and the general manager Melina wasn’t helpful and seemed like she could care less which is honestly pathetic no wonder this Hardee’s has little to no business most of the time if they keep running the way they are hopefully this store will just close all together so no one else has to get their terrible food or horrible customer service. Oh and also the general manager tried to say that the eggs can look like that!!! Like what, I said no it was crunchy to the touch and discolored. I guess the people that work at this store eat slop every day to have such low food standards.

Not sure who the girl was with the black hair at the front but she just had an awful attitude. A customer came in and they were arguing right in front of me with two children.
Then I ordered some happy meals, they did not have hotdogs and I was nice as can be to her. She was still just rude and hateful. Then kept going on and on about ketchup with the other customer she pissed off to other employees. Very drama filled, not appropriate for children and if you’re having a bad day to the point you’re that mad, you should find another job or go home for the day.
I also accidentally spilt a little bit of ice on the floor and she had an attitude about that too. I definitely won’t be coming back to be around that kind of atmosphere, overall the food was good.

I have went to this Hardee’s 3 different times and I have ordered an egg biscuit each time and a large drink. I know I should check the order because each time I’ve got either a greasy steak biscuit or a sausage biscuit. I will not give them another chance.

I was in drive through and ordered two biscuits and two cinnamon rolls and checked my bag while still in drive through and I noticed there was only one biscuit in the bag and I told the lady that gave me my food it was missing a biscuit and she said no I pretty sure I put it in the bag and said let me look. So I gave her the bag and she said it was under the cinnamon roll bit when I got home it wasn’t not in the bag. So I called they they said they were short handed what does that have to do with not getting my order right even after I brought it to her attention. I will never go there again. Come on Hardee’s do better

This Hardee’s location was great this morning! Since it was offered I have always loved the Smoked Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit. The first few times I ordered it I wished the Smoked Sausage was cooked more crispy. The last three times I ordered it at this location, I went inside to order and asked for it to be extra crispy. The first 2 times it was only slightly more crispy, but this morning, I went in and asked for it extra, extra crispy. It was perfect! I want to thank the staff at this location for doing such a great job every time i come here, but today my breakfast sandwich was outstanding! Keep up the good work! All the Best! Eric B

If I could give this place a 0 I would! The woman up front who is usually there during the afternoon’s is always hateful and just plumb out rude! We came last week her an the other person was outside smoking uaing profanity and carrying on she acted like it was a issue we came inside.she was also complaining this day too but I let that go thought maybe it was a bad day. We come in today and get the same bad attitude acting like we are a problem because her boss left her short staffed or something along those lines I refuse to go to an establishment that makes me feel like I am bothering them just for walking inside! She is not a people person she should be in the back where she doesn’t have to interact with customers her attitude and demeanor is plain disgusting! Hardees definitely lost valued customers I refuse to be treated like she treats people and talks to them absolutely a disaster in there today and sadly she is the assistant manager I can only imagine how she treats staff and others. Sad. Hardees do better!

It seems like every time I go thru the drive thru on Sunday mornings, there is something missing from my order. Attention to detail is lacking somewhere. Once more and I will just go to McDonald’s from now on and they are less expensive too.

I love coming to Hardee’s. The one where I live isn’t nearly as good as this location in Bristol. Brandi took care of us. We had fresh fries and the burgers were actually crafted, they weren’t just thrown together like so many fast food places do these days. Restrooms were clean and stocked as well. 10/10 overall
